What's not to like?

Genuinely excellent service. Full tracking on the day via a link with map and regular communication beforehand. Large heavy delivery taken to room off choice and very courteous people, asking if they need to take their shoes off.

We started using Rooster just as it was getting going. It was the answer to pocket money woes in our family. It addressed the difficulty keeping track of spending and cash and also introduced our kids to digital money, which is obviously their future. Still loving it, all our kids have cards now and safely but online.

In my view Starling Bank is the best business challenger account out there. Sadly Monzo were too slow getting to market and still in beta and so I switched from Tide to Starling.

I'd love them to allow users that are not shareholders soon as this is a major limitation.

we adopted Rooster money early on when it was launched as our 9 and 7 year old were struggling to keep track of real money. So were we! It was best in the market then and I believe is now streets ahead of the alternatives. We've enjoyed new features and now my son (11) has a real debit card and can buy online with our supervision. Our kids will rarely use cash in their future and this is a great introduction to digital cash.

it was really good, best price and had next day before 1 delivery which was essential. i changed my mind on the delivery address and rang to correct it, which they did, but it still got delivered to the original address.

This might be more down to the courier ? it worked out in the end because someone was there to take the delivery, if not it would have been very inconvenient.
