I purchased two fridge filters for my Samsung fridge. The first fitted ok but when I tried to replace it after 4 months with the second filter I received it leaked profusely. Re-fitting the removed filter stopped the leak, I went through this process at least half a dozen times with the same outcome - the second filter leaked profusely. I could not get through to their helpline because it said the voice mailbox was full. Went on a chat - despite sending them a photo of the defective (leaking) filter (as they requested) and promising to 'elevate this to my manager' to get a replacement I've run out of patience trying to get them to send a replacement filter for the defective one they delivered. Do not use this company - their customer relations is non-existent.

I have a pre-existing medical condition and this site offered the best policy for the best price.
