I had an mot and major service on my car. This was the first and LAST time that I will ever use Halfords Service Centres. I am totally appalled.

It took me five visits to complete my order.
Frames were lost.
Order was incorrect.
Glasses had arrived but could not be located without a long wait.
Assistants went out of their way to give me the best service they could.

Booking was good but not simplistic enough to follow system without a few head scratches and expletives.

Simple and straightforward transaction. Very good!

I was having problems contacting Bemoto but Jaidon came to my rescue and immediately resolved my queries and questions and I have now renewed my policy. I was considering getting a quote from elsewhere so good job Jaidon.
