Great customer service

Very quick responses to emails and amazingly fast delivery. Only negatives were that immediately after ordering I asked for a note to be included which they assured me would be done however this was not the case. I did receive an email apologising for this. The other issue was whilst ordering I needed to spend another £1 for free delivery, I tried to order the gift wrap but this was only available for boxes of 9 and showing as 'sold out' for boxes of 6.
I did proceed to checkout willing to pay the delivery charge and was then given a discount which covered it which was a bonus.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company in the future.

The boxes are great, it's nice to be able to select the contents and there's plenty of choice.
I have an issue with the website, I found it really difficult to alter the contents of the box once I'd got to the checkout stage!
The other problem I had was the address of the recipient which for some reason had the town I live in added to the address which made the recipient think that it might not be for them and obviously when it's sent as a surprise it isn't an expected parcel!

Always an easy shopping experience, quickly dealt with in store and delivered quickly. Communication regarding delivery is excellent.

Made online shopping very simple. Item was out of stock, I got an email within a few days to let me know it was back in stock. I was kept up to date with delivery time so I wasn't waiting in. Delivery staff installed item quickly and efficiently and took away my old item free of charge

Carwow did exactly as promised, I received quotes very quickly, no need to sit in a dealership for hours haggling over price as discount given up front.

The product is gorgeous chosen from a wide choice. It was also in my opinion excellent value for money. The builder who installed it who has 50 years experience of the trade thought it was awesome. My only complaint was the delivery, I opted for next day at my place of work which is a police station so there is someone there from 7am to 10pm, they apparently tried to deliver it just after 4pm, they obviously didn't try very hard!
