Did not like the instructions on how to assemble the hose & reel. On original order page this product stated that it was assembled which I took it to mean that the hose would be attached to the reel. On contacting Garden4less they did take out the word assembled from the order page, the reason was given that if the item was assembled then it could be easy damaged in transit, which I full understand. Apart from that it is a very good hose & reel very pleased with this, also can not fault the despatch & delivery service, that was excellent.

My Desktop & Monitor arrived on time and so far very pleased with them both. My only complaint is with Acer's support for updating drivers as far as I am concerned it's rubbish it only gives dates to download and not product models, I know there must be numerous types of pc laptops etc but for me personally it would be nice to know what you are downloading.

I have used ao a few times now and always found them to be really good. Over quite a few years I have had a number of appliances from them. ao site is easy to use, and gives you quite a bit of information on the appliance you want to buy. The delivery & installers are always very professional, and cheerful.

ao had all the information I needed when looking to buy, it was easy to order & pay, and above all ao kept me informed as to when my dishwasher would be delivered. The two guys that delivered, took away the old dishwasher & connected the new one were very polite, professional, so all in all a very good shopping experience, well done to all at ao.

Had what I wanted on-line shame the store didn't have it in stock, the only downside was having to pay the delivery charge, even though I could have picked item up from shop but would have still had to pay for delivery, so decided to have delivery to home address but at least it arrived on time.

I purchased these cd's for my husbands birthday, and he was very pleased with them.
