There was a glitch on the website which meant that two of the items arrived. The sizing is wrong (even though I sized correctly according to the chart), so I needed to rerun both. Each item cost £10.99 to return! I’ve contacted customer services but they have not offered to help. I’m paying £21.98 and getting nothing. Make sure you know exactly what you want as retuning things isn’t really an option.
Edit - I’ve replied to Tradeinn following the comment about the review… they have just thanked me for my opinion. No solution offered. Poor customer services!

Review of Solent Plastics
I made the order on the weekend and realised that I would then receive a 'quote' and someone would contact me during the week. Fortunately I was in a position to talk the call whilst at work. As it happened it was a good arrangement as in the discussion I was advised to order a different lid. The order arrived in Thursday - I initially placed the order on Sunday. I'm very happy with the service.

All in a very positive experience. The litmus test of customer service seem to me to be what happens when things go wrong. The wrong charge point was fitted at first. This was sorted out with in 24 hours and the correct one installed. The fitter (Yusuf) was brilliant, working with me to talk through the fitting options and limitations.
My only slight negative about ChargedEV is that sometimes they don’t answer the phone. They really need a call back service.

Review of Arnold Clark
In the past few months I have had to sell two cars. I did one through webuyanycar.com and the other through Arnold Clark Manchester. My experience with webuyanycar.com was very fair. The appointment started on time and, whilst the car did not meet the online valuation, the deductions we reasonable and fair.
However, my experience with Arnold Clark was not good. The appointment time was the first in the day (0930). I was left waiting for half an hour. When I was finally seen, the valuation was very poor. The car was in good condition. However, they managed to take nearly £1000 of their online valuation. When I asked the representative to show me the three panels that were 'damaged’, there was one panel with a very minor door ding, the second I could wipe the mark off, and he couldn't find the third. He blamed it on his manager being very harsh. In the end I said I was walking away but he asked me for an offer. I gave him the very lowest I would accept, which he in turn accepted.
Whilst I managed to sell it, it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

I wasn’t happy with the quality of the first phone that was sent. However, the customer service following this was excellent. The two calls I made were answered veey quickly and the issue sorted within a week.
