Great Normann product for a good price. Only downside was I didn’t realise it wasn’t coming from the UK and it went through Customs. Luckily I wasn’t charged anything extra. Phew!!

Worst customer service ever. Spoke to two people, chatted online to one. Assured me my issue would be resolved and then nothing happens. I gave good feedback three times after discussion with customer service, fully expecting my problem to be resolved. This was only to do with hairbrushes ordered, but it has put me off buying any more Dyson vacuums.
Unsure of the exact dates of communication, but all were in December.

I bought into this with all the hype about the cleaning products being great and smelling divine. I bought the larger starter kit which contained two bottles, and it’s very disappointing to discover that only one of the two bottles has the silicone base. I have tried two different scents, and really can’t smell much at all, and certainly can’t smell anything after cleaning a room with it. It also streaks far more than my Koh cleaner which I usually buy. Very disappointing.

Great company. The solar lights are very good quality and work really well to illuminate the garden at night. When I contacted customer service re one of the 10 lights I purchased, Nicole was very helpful. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Efficient when everything works as it should

Sadly I gave up on this deodorant after using three refills of the product. I just didn’t find it as effective as my previous antiperspirant deodorant and found it difficult to remove residue left on woollens when washed on a short wool wash. Fussy customer service is excellent though and the quality of the case and refills is great. It’s definitely worth giving it a go to see if it works for you.

Symprove has made a marked difference to my gut health. If I’ve ever had queries, customer service have been super helpful and very quick to respond. My only disappointment has been in their change of delivery provider, from excellent DPD to Evri. The first shipment with Evri was the only one that didn’t arrive on time.

I’d give zero stars if I could. A rubbish inferior product which is not shipped from the UK at all. Refuse to answer emails requesting a return. If you Google mypetlab, PetLab comes up first with decent reviews. It’s a little harder to find MyPetLab tripadvisor reviews which shows just what charlatans they are. I was caught in their trap by Facebook. I will be much more wary before wasting my hard earned money next time.

I placed an order online for a small blue dog pad, to match another one I already owned. I had to wait 6 days for delivery as it wasn’t in stock. They despatched by FedEx next day delivery.
I was a little worried looking at reviews on TrustPilot when it hadn’t despatched by end of day 4, but after emailing them, they promptly reached out to explain they had needed to order the product in, so a good experience with Walkies pet shop for me.

Just great. Carefully scrutinised clothes and accurately listed. Prompt despatch, what more could you ask for.

Piddle patches are great for puppy house training. They are lovely and soft, and the real grass makes it enticing for your puppy to toilet in the right place. We only have a small yard, with no garden outside, and the Piddle patches are a great, no mess alternative to turf, which I’ve placed on top of gravel. My pup now has a collection of them lined up together, like a green, red carpet!
