Offering service they're not capable of fulfilling …

Booked my mot with them as they were offering a big discount. Had to drive to Luton as my local branch was too busy. Booked a week before.
Battled through the awful traffic as there was a religious festival on, when I arrived at the garage was informed the tester was off sick.
No call, text to advise me of this. I'm away next week so my mot will run out while I'm abroad.
Absolutely disgusting incompetent service from halfords.

I was definitely apprehensive about…

I was definitely apprehensive about ordering sports sunglasses online, having had a bad experience with another company.
The glasses I received were excellent!
The quality for the price was excellent and were delivered in 12-15 days which I thought was definitely acceptable. Will definitely use again

Bought a pair of walking trousers…

Bought a pair of walking trousers online. When I checked the email confirmation I realised I had clicked on the wrong size. I called the customer service number immediately, and got through to an agent. I was told they couldn't cancel or change the order as it was sent to the warehouse! He said he couldn't find it in the system and to call back in 10 minutes. This I did. The line had closed. I called again at 9am the following morning and was told they would try to cancel the order. 2 hours later had an email confirming it was on the way.
When it was delivered I had to drive 15 miles to the nearest shop to return the parcel unopened. I lost £3.50 for the delivery.
Unbelievably bad customer service I will never use Millets again.
Don't bother with your AI generated comment either you're a disgrace.

Bought sports sunglasses which when…

Bought sports sunglasses which when they arrived were obviously very cheap, but as I was using them for driving I could live with. However after about 4 months I put them on in my car and the lens fell out as the frame had snapped.
I emailed and started a chat with O.F but after more than a week have had no reply.
Lesson learned, Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Called virgin to confirm cancelation

Called virgin to confirm cancelation. On hold for 20 minutes. Then put through to retention. Vague offers to match sky, asked for email confirmation- nothing.
Called back to confirm cancelation again, on hold for 45 minutes so far. Also tried the bot but after 25 minutes cut off.
Obviously so many people unhappy with service they are inundated with cancelations. Never again

ordered a kettle for my father in law…

ordered a kettle for my father in law on 3rd December as his was broken.
after a few days tracking said was at the courier. since then nothing.
I have sent repeated emails asking for a refund but they say they will refund when delivered!!!
This is theft! have since bought a kettle locally but no refund. thieves! do not trust

Purchased the satnav after returning to the roads and initially had a problem with London drops. Called Chris who replied immediately! Further help was again immediately forthcoming and everything working perfectly. Excellent customer service in my experience.

Samsung ue50nu7472 piece of junk

After reading online reviews, I bought a samsung 50 inch smart tv. What an absolute piece of junk. Nu7472nu.
It recognizes nothing when you try to connect it. No DVD , Xbox, nothing. I tried the online repair program, not even sure it does anything. Placebo?
Eventually called their customer service. Waste of time. Take it to a repair shop, you'll have to pay. I've had a Toshiba tv for about 10 years now never had a problem. This tv isless than 2 years old. I will never buy Samsung again

Having the same problems of most other…

Having the same problems of most other people. Have been trying to get through to claim a refund, but just goes round in circles ( automated ).
Tried using the insurance I purchased but have been informed this does not cover this cancellation. Waste of money.
If and when I get a refund it will be hard to justify withholding the booking fee as it was a print at home service!
I will update this when I get a resolution

Went to the highwayman pub in…

Went to the highwayman pub in Dunstable, not too crowded but still takes an age to get served as only 2 staff and food is their priority
What ruined the experience for me is they will ignore you and serve the locals even though they know you were there first! Better pubs down the road so won't be going back there
