We are very sorry to hear this. 😔 They should last for 8 hours.
We recommend starting a fire with kindling and firelighters. When the kindling is burning nicely, add your main fuel, for example (heat logs or kiln-dried logs).

Once the stove is hot and there is a decent bed of hot, glowing embers, place the Night Briquettes in. We recommend using 2-3 each time (depending on the size of your appliance).

Once the night briquettes are lit, they will burn with a small/medium flame for the first 2 hours. After that, they will provide you with an even heat output for the remaining. Set the air controls to a minimal level to ensure a long burn time.
