Quicker to go to a shop

Still waiting for the delivery to arrive paid for next day delivery which has been refunded after arguing with them I’m assured it will arrive today as it is a Mothers Day gift I should hope it does for their sake !

Ring them or be disappointed

Booking made online for an emergency MOT all accepted half an hour later the phone rings from inandout cancelling it because their online booking system hasn’t updated with available slots and apparently I had booked a slot that didn’t exist

Customer service my a**e !

Where to start…..rude arrogant staff with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever

Before booking anything with them check what they actually fix especially if your MOT fails as they don’t do anything electrical but they’ll gladly charge you £49 for the benefit of 30 seconds on an OBD reader to tell you what you already know needs fixing

Complaint made I won’t hold my breathe for a reply…..

Don’t believe what they tell you on the phone

I only booked a mobile mechanic because of what I was told on the phone if I had of known that no messages or parts which I needed were not relayed onto the mechanic then my £99 would still be in my back pocket Complaint made and I have asked for my call to be listened too as they always record them allegedly

Started off fine then my account…

Started off fine then my account manager went AWOL didn’t pass my account onto anybody…asked for callbacks one didn’t happen one did a guy called Mark couldn’t get hold of the dealer of the car that I wanted he promised to call me back he never…..didn’t hear a thing off of them for a couple of weeks so I instigated another call back was told that my account manager was off sick even though his out of office says that he is on holiday…found a car got the deal sorted then the rude and foreceful finance department got involved I declined to give them the info that they wanted as it was OTT and in line with ID Theft so they cancelled my account and made out that i didn’t meet the lenders requirements…shame as they’ve lost a customer who has used them before with no hassle cheers

Fitting was shocking glue visible hub…

Fitting was shocking glue visible hub cap not put on properly tyre was green car was drove by the technician with a completely flat tyre so I complained and after some broken promises they sent someone around to rectify the problem who actually knew what they were doing note to Halfords don’t employ cowboys…

So far,not great,

Placed an order on 10/10/20 which includes birthday presents for the 19th,delivery within 5 working days,no confirmation email that the items have been sent...chased up this morning,apparently the order is being picked..so it takes that long to pick 5 items from a warehouse,no disrespect but is Stevie Wonder in charge of picking my order....now awaiting an email from cus service to find out what’s going on... I won’t hold my breathe and Joules before you reply with your bog standard answer may I suggest that you actually read the reviews first,you have people’s money,we have no goods,you wouldn’t go into Argos give them 80 odd quid and walk out with sweet fa now would you !?

Utter garbage

Bed frame and mattress ordered early July,delivery date was a couple of days so all good,frame arrived a week later,box damaged,no mattress arrived,an email told us that the mattress had been delayed....three times this happened so I had a right rant this morning on the blower as it was meant to be delivered today yet come 11am they changed their mind and stuck delayed on it again after making sure somebody was off of work today,apparently UPS hadn’t picked it up from the supplier...believe this then you’ll believe that chickens lay golden eggs,order cancelled,mattress ordered from Argos being delivered today,avoid Wayfair at all costs absolutely full of s...
