Excellent customer service, prompt delivery,

Call handlers very poor service,had to call today to correct my address which was incorrect on my documents.I had to repeat it many times,despite having been with Staysure for many years at the same address,a 10 year old child could have done better.
Then I called back to take out another policy,and then called back again to find that the quote was incorrect,all in all not a good experience ,will think twice before using them again

The dress was sadly unsuitable,lovely fabricand colour,but, the front Vee is much too low cut,impossible to wear a bra underneath.
Returned and received a refund within a few days

How can it take 2 weeks to receive a delivery?I had no choice,as HP only use Parcelforce for their deliveries.2 failed deliveries. First couldn't find my address, I live in Central London,Second said I wasn't home,I was.
Awful service.

Ordered ink cartridges on 15th August, arrived 30th August,Company only use Parcelforce for their deliveries. I chased this up on a daily basis,one of HPs agents was helpful and escalated to a manager after a week,but took another week to arrive.Another agent's behaviour was nothing short of rude.After the cartridges arrived,I asked for compensation as one cannot request this through Parcelforce, I was offered a £10 voucher off my next purchase, which I declined.I wasted many hours waiting in for this to be delivered in the allocated slots,received a text saying that I wasn't in on the second occasion which wasn't true, I also spent hours on the phone.This experience was a disaster, never ever again.

Patrick called one hour before, confirming his visit,which I had booked the previous day.He was most efficient and diagnosed the problem within half an hour.He replaced the twisted wires in the main socket and the wire lead from the hub.
All was back to normal.

Happy with the product, however packaging was damaged. Cardboard box was completely bashed and luckily shoes were ok.

So pleasant to deal with ,from the moment Pete arrived to demonstrate the bed ,I was so impressed, both with his approach and knowledge, no heavy pressure sales,followed by speaking to the head office to Julie,who was so helpful and accommodating.I now look forward to my new bed arriving.This Company knows how to look after customers.
