Accrington Wetherspoons is faultless. We have been many times and it is consistently good. The staff are quick and polite and resolve any queries quickly. Service of food and drink is quick and often faster than the times advertised. The food is consistently hot and good selection of real ales. The staff are great and deserve some praise as they all work hard.

Wife scraped the car, no one else involved. Rang the AA and gave them all the details. They arrange repair promptly. I had to arrange the curtesy car with the repairer. To be fair to them (Perfect Finish), they arranged for me to drop my car off at the hire car company locally so I didn't have to travel to them 20 miles away. My car was also transported not driven by some stranger. The repairer was not good with communication however. We had to keep ringing to see when it was ready. When they finally sent it back to the hire company for me to pick up, I only knew because my car has a tracker and saw it being brought back. I have still not been contacted to say it was delivered and ready for pickup. No issues with the AA though. GDAA466912
UPDATE: I have just found out that since the repair the passenger front door window opener only opens the window whichever way I press it. Luckily the drivers control will close it.

I was looking for an EV. I found an Omoda at the Oldham branch. I'd never heard of them but wanted to see. It was a very nice car. I put a deposit down for fear of it being taken. I realised soon after that the range of 250 miles was not enough for me and that perhaps a then unknown 'Omoda' was not the best choice for me. I put that car on hold and looked for another with them but was unable to find the right car for me. The end result was I asked for my deposit back so I could look else ware. I lost £500 because they couldn't give me what I wanted! They made me pay by bank transfer saying their card machine was not working so I couldn't go back to my credit card for any help.

Easy enough to order, fitting at home, price good compared to other nationals.
UPDATE: Disappointment, had a text on Sunday saying they cannot fit until Thursday having booked it for Tuesday as was the earliest date available on their calendar. We have a puncture so needed it doing Tuesday!! Don't assume the date you pick is the date they will do the work.

Once you have purchased if you need to contact them with a problem no one answers and a answer machine tells you to contact the manufacturer. They don't seem to realise the responsibility lies with them. I will not buy from them again. I never did get through.
