Confused about price increase and change of holiday, it's gone up considerably and it's not clear.

I am unclear as to the issue that you have encountered with your booking. Once a booking is confirmed the prices are fixed for that booking. If an amendment is requested then a change in cost might follow dependent on when changing to but this would be confirmed with the customer prior to any changes being made.
If you have not done so already, please reach out to one of our agents via the live chat service so that they may look into your issue for you. As in recent days, you will find it is more accessible and the wait times much shorter. The live chat service operates 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
