Excellent service yet again. Driver called ahead to give us 30mins notice which was great as we had a 7.30am delivery.
Installation was super quick and professional. Overall the team arrived, removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one all in 35mins.

After my pet was euthanised we encountered deduction after deduction including being charged for the unexpired remainder of the full years insurance which is just heartless.
Everything about Healthy Pets stinks - this is a money grab to pay out as a little as possible at a time when you are grieving and think you are covered. Of £4,000 of emergency bills they paid out £770 to a customer of +10years.

Diabolical customer service.
After booking a £5,200 holiday for two we were advised our hotel was undergoing major refurbishment. It took 10 phone calls (circa 5hrs on hold), a dozen emails with no reply, multiple failed calls backs before we eventually cancelled.
An awful experience and no one at TUI took accountability or responded.

The entire auction process was broken from start to finish. Poor communication, poor set up process, undervalued the property with poor levels of feedback and engagement.
Avoid at all costs and stick to a standard sale - there were zero benefits.

The installer was excellent - 10/10
The communication to get to installation though was terrible.
No time slots or information on install was provided. The text the day before said "install tomorrow am/pm"
Received an email at 08.02 saying my install time would be between 08.00 and 08.00 - called up and was told that was a known error but that the slots was 08.00-13.00 but I'd get a call when the installer was en route.
At 12.30 there was a knock on the door - no call.
Rather than sending dozens of pointless fluffy marketing messages try and get the basic information right.
