As a customer and a professional engineer, I am deeply disappointed by the corporate failure and lack of accountability from BSH/Siemens Home Appliances regarding their operations in the Israeli market. 1 Hazardous Installation: The authorized local BSH service partner in Israel improperly installed my premium Siemens iQ700 washing machine and dryer stack using a non-original component. This left the rear legs of the heavy dryer completely suspended in the air with no structural support, creating an ongoing physical safety risk in my home. 2 Commercial Exploitation on the Local Market: To fix their own dangerous installation with the genuine component (WZ27500), the local Israeli service department demanded an extortionate 990 ILS (€250) for the part plus 400 ILS (€100) for labor (Total: 1,390 ILS), while offering a miserable 280 ILS refund for the cheap plastic part they initially installed. 3 The Discrepancy: Refusing to submit to this local coercion, I purchased the exact same genuine, original Siemens stacking kit directly from Amazon Germany for just ~70 EUR (~280 ILS). The entire retail price of the original part from Germany equals the mere refund amount they offered in Israel for their non-original plastic. This reveals an unacceptable 500% markup on essential safety components by your local representative. 4 Corporate Misinformation (Ticket#07294381): BSH Legal and Compliance in Munich closed my official ticket based on a completely false report from the local Israeli importer, claiming the matter was "resolved with the customer's consent." This is untrue. An official technical report and complaint have been formally filed with the Israeli Ministry of Economy and the Consumer Protection Authority (Case Ref: 693021). BSH Germany cannot ignore how its brand reputation is being compromised by dangerous technical practices and consumer exploitation on the Israeli market. I demand immediate corporate action.

Clean Your Ride
We placed an enquiry with Droylsden glass for them to come and give us a quote for a new front door. We knew what we wanted, a Rock door and a time and date was agreed. We received a text from the company, the day before double checking we were still available for the appointment. Little things like this show a company is actually interested in their customers instead of other local companies totally ignoring our sales enquiry. We received a visit from the fantastic Dan, one of the company representatives at the exact time that was agreed. He was polite, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product. We explained what we wanted and he immediately knew what it was and created the door on the computer screen along with the quote. He explained the discounts available and as we were extremely happy with the product, the price and most importantly, the company, we placed the order straight away and paid the required deposit. The future installation process was explained along with estimated build times. Overall we are massively happy with our decision to purchase a new Rock front door with Droylsden Glass and now can’t wait for installation day!!!

Reordered some shorts for an outfit cuz the original size was a lil too tight. Ordered Friday June 5th. Paid $15 extra for EXPRESS SHIPPING(1-3 days) so you would think they would ship it out by atleast Tuesday. NOPE! It is now Tuesday June 9th and my order still hasn’t even shipped. Needed my outfit for an event this Saturday so clearly it won’t come. Customer service has yet to reach back to me through emails & dms but they are posting all day on ig right now. Mind you I had ordered the original outfit May 31st which was a SUNDAY also w express shipping & it shipped out the NEXT DAY JUNE 1st and was delivered by Friday. So I don’t understand wtf is the hold up now. This the type of thing that makes you lose customers and you would think a company this big, seeing all these same bad reviews would get it tf together by now. Pissed ain’t the word. Quality is great but that doesn’t justify terrible customer service & unpredictable shipping. I just want my full refund plus the extra a paid in express shipping since clearly yall couldn’t even fulfill that.

I recently attended a clay and carving workshop with Roxy Banks and had such a lovely experience. Roxy created such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their artistic ability. The workshop was well organised, creative, and incredibly therapeutic. Roxy was patient, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what she does. She explained each stage clearly while still giving us the freedom to be creative and make something unique to take home. I came away feeling inspired, proud of what I’d created, and with a real sense of accomplishment. It was a wonderful opportunity to switch off from the stresses of everyday life and try something different. I would highly recommend Roxy’s workshops to anyone looking for a fun, mindful, and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to attend another one!

I was paying Getsafe for years, the only time i needed it they sent me at least 6 emails asking me the same questions, once there was a minor difference in my answers after repeting the story many times, they said that they could cover the damage, we a re talking about a minor damage of a door.
