I loved my experience at 1000fix. I feel like you are given so much autonomy to be creative and strategic with your job. They do a great job at training you and giving you the tools and support you need to learn new skills. I really love the company culture. Some of the best people that you will ever meet work there, I felt very included and was encouraged to speak my mind and be myself!

I wanted to fast my laptop
I wanted to fast my laptop. So that's why I gave my laptop to 1000fix service center. But they couldn't fast my laptop performance. They have been updated my operating system only . But it doesn't fast my laptop. They suggested me to change my hardisk to fast my laptop performance. Also their service duration was lengthy. So i.e I was disappointed about their service.

Our engineers suggested to upgrade your hard disk, because hard is not too much capable to provide the best performance and make the pc fast.
We are not as like the third party service provider. We have to maintain the service quality and it takes time.
