Oh no! ordered a table that arrived cracked and outdoor furniture that is supposedly in a shipping container stuck somewhere because of COVID19. Just realizing that I have also been swindled :( . Will file a request to get reimbursed from my credit card company and a complaint with anyone who will listen...so sad.

Got scammed 300$. We ordered an outdoor hanging chair for our new porch. We were very excited but it never came. When we tried finding the email and website, both no longer exist. It was all a fraud. A horrible scam.

I ordered a baby rocking chair and was told it's on back order for several months. I've been trying to cancel the order since then and getting no response back from anyone and there is no website and no phone number and no one to reach out to. After reading everyone's review I believe I've been scammed too.

It’s’s a scam. They gave me an order confirmation when I bought a TV stand and now the website doesn’t work and there is no way to track it. DO NOT buy anything.

I ordered a 200$ chair and it never came. Customer service email is not even real...

I spent $1800 on a modular down sofa. Was emailed saying that it was on back order and would be in stock in a month so I decided to wait. I got a message last week that it was shipped but theres no tracking info. Now seeing these reviews I realized I've been swindled. And yes, their website is gone.

I’ve been waiting over a month was told it was on back order and they would refund 10% now the email address and website are gone. TOTAL SCAM!! There goes my $200.

Scammers. Bought an office chair, never received a shipping confirmation. Went to go check on the order, website is down and no way to reach them. Tried to email their sales domain back and it no longer exists.

I had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered outdoor seating set and was told after a week that it was backordered. Was asked if I wanted to go on a list for the next shipment but never heard anything back by the date it was supposed to get there. Tried emailing them twice and was ghosted. After seeing this thread I put in a dispute claim with the credit card company.

I've had the same experience as every one else. Hopefully our credit card companies will refund all of our money. Something seemed odd when I received a tracking numbering and waited on hold for the trucking company for 1 hour without a response. I emailed them and called over and over again with no response. Wow there's some real scum bags out there. Im sticking with Amazon for now on. They would never let this happen.

We ordered 3 Tables from 12 Modern. Our entire order arrived damaged!!! We have tried several times to contact them through email - the only means of communication they have, apparently???

I just tried to email them again, and it bounced???

This just confirmed my suspicions as I was getting no response after an initially seemingly helpful customer service. No one is now responding and their site wouldn’t load and I found this thread instead! 😖😡

FRAUD !! Absolute FRAUD I ordered a desk and same story as everyone else got a message it was back ordered. Website down now and the kept my $439 dollars very upsetting. I purchased because they had good reviews those reviews were false

Yes, they told me my item was backordered then they vanished. No website. Emails are returned. I called Amex and they refunded me. Hopefully they file a claim against these crooks and take them to court. Everyone should contact their credit card company.

12modern took my money and ran after I thought I ordered a couch. Never came. Told it was delayed. Then they ghosted me. Website is down. Email cannot be delivered. A lot of the positive reviews are fake. You'll notice they do a lot of positive reviews for sites that have comments about the site being fraudulent. Do NOT listen to positive reviews. This is a big scam. I've reported them to the FTC and the FBI's internet crime complaint center. Do the same if they screwed you over too!
