Huge scam! Buyer beware. Just lost $800 on a couch. My experience is similar to many who have posted already. The website and contact/email are all down now. There has to be a way to go after these crooks!

Total scam! Same experience. Ordered a mattress, told it was back ordered, since then no response to anything & website & email no longer exist. $150.00 down the drain.

I wish I could give negative reviews. I placed an order for a table and received absolutely no response to my NUMEROUS emails and called the fake phone number and left many messages. I finally got an email stating the table was on back order and would be back in stock September so I requested to cancel my order with no response. I have yet to receive a refund and now the email and website no longer exist.

Ordered a couch recently told it was shipped. Never received. No legit tracking. Their Website was deleted. SCAM. Called chase and reported it as fraud on my card.

Ordered a table. Told it was backordered until November. I told them cancel my order, but no response and the email domain no longer exists. Total scam. Luckily, my bank has fraud protection.

My order never showed up, no response and website doesn’t work!

Ordered a bed from this place, they sent a email saying that it was out of stock blah blah blah. So we tried to cancel the order and get our money back but the website didn’t even exist anymore! This website needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! I’m am extremely angry! I will never buy anything online ever again!

I ordered a patio table along with the umbrella and 4 chairs on May10,2020 on May14,2020 I emailed them wanting to know when my delivery would go out they responded back thru email on May15,2010 stating it was out of stock and would be back in stock mid June I have been emailing them no response calling them it’s a recording every time I call and haven’t heard back since this place is a fraud I have reported them to the BBB now I’m trying to get my money back thru my bank and they took the site down now do not order from this company !!!!

I ordered a teak sofa for patio, they sent an email saying it was back ordered. I tried calling and sending an email. Their email is invalid now, their website no longer exist and their phone number is disconnected. They took my $800 and disappeared. Just want to warn anyone who's waiting for an order you too may have gotten scammed.

How do I give negative stars. I ordered a new bed for my daughters birthday. I received an email the next day saying it was on back order but would arrive in 10-13 days. I followed up 14 time email and their phony phone number. No answer/no reply. I’ve disputed with my credit card company, reported to Shopify, reported to the FTC as well as the attorney general. This company is obviously a scam.

Terrible customer service! They don't reply to any contact nighter phone or email.

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered a full size bed frame to redecorate my daughter's bedroom and I cannot track it (the confirmation email sends you to an app that you must download that doesn't show anything about shipping). I've emailed them 4 times and have not heard anything. My daughter's bday is tomorrow and we have not gotten the bed to re-do her room. Very disappointed and plan to dispute this charge and will report them to the BBB.

Purchased a outdoor patio set for 2000.00! These people haven’t picked up phone, answered emails which I’ve tried numerous times to get an update on my order. Filed a claim and reporting to BBB and advising them these people are doing fraudulent transactions!!!! An investigation needs to take place. Maybe this will get some attention!

It’s been over 2 months and my couch has never arrived...no ones returned my calls or responded to my emails. So after having no couch for 2 months I have to dispute the charges and start searching for another couch....again

Scam business. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered 4 chaise lounge chairs and they originally said it would be delayed but now it has been over a month and no one answers their customer service line, no one responds to their emails. I want to get new chairs for our pool, but if I order somewhere else, and these decide to show up I will be stuck with too many chairs. I just want them to let me know if it is in transit or if it is still not in the warehouse to cancel the order. I'm not sure how they run a store that their customer service or contact is non-existent! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 swing chairs and along with all other post on this company I have received the same treatment. The product never came and they will not return my calls and several emails. I cancelled this order 6 times now and no comments or refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Similar to everyone else's post below, they are a scam. "Patrick" emailed me back saying inventory was delayed and then never answered another email and they never picked up the phone or returned my voicemails.
