I ordered my sofa that cause $400 and they sent me an email later that I’ll get the sofa a month after so I decided to cancel it. I still haven’t received my refund back. I emailed and called and nobody call or respond back

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, SCAM, SCAMMMMMM!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I purchased a bathroom vanity that NEVER CAME. I placed the order- and nothing made note of it being on backorder. I immediately received and email from "Patrick" in customer service which stated that the item was essentially back-ordered for 7 weeks and asked if that was okay. I thought- okay- they've sent an email - asking/implying that I would have an opportunity to cancel if it was not okay. I responded that it was okay and received a response stating that it was expected to arrive mid-May (which would essentially make it 10-11 weeks). There is no status update on tracking link to denote order process. I have called and left a message - when you call you will receive only a standard/robo voicemail asking to press "0" for customer service, you'll then be "transferred" and will only leave a voicemail. NOT ONCE WILL YOU HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT having reached "12Modern" etc. I followed-up with 2 emails - zero response, no response to voicemail. I will be reporting them to BBB, reporting charge as fraud- Further, reporting to Alabama Attorney General's office since location appears to be listed as "Hoover, AL" if you have experienced the same.They should be SHUT DOWN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Waited three months but never got my product. They charged me and I'm STILL waiting for a refund. This place is a scam.

They don’t answer their customer service number. I’ve left two messages and have not heard anything. The tables did come today and it was a good price. There isn’t very good communication though

Placed an order and never received the product. I was never charged, but the status of the order is sitting in a pending status. There's no way to cancel the order. I called multiple times and have left voicemails as well as send emails. It doesn't seem like real people work there. Having my credit card block them to make sure they don't attempt a future charge.

The Furniture which we have ordered was delivered on time and we were able to get uptesb quiccly via email and they blocked the date and time ahead of time as per our convenience. The fabric of our sofa is good and the configuration was smooth as expected and furniture was delivered correctly there were no damages found. We will definitely recommend 12Modern.com to friends and family.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! ITS A SCAM. Not a real site. They will take your money and hold it and you will not get what you ordered. My husband called the number 3 days in a row and left several messages. I left emails and no one would answer the phone or respond to an email. Go somewhere else and pay the extra money so you don’t get scammed. We checked our credit card today and the pending payment was gone. THANK GOD!!

Have ordered several items from 12Modern -First , Crendenza and Hutch came in about a week, fast shipping. Second, Modway Dining Table and Chairs with Server- White Glove Delivery. The delivery company was spot on, three guys and truck, delivered upstairs and in dining room. My experience with 12 modern furniture has been easy to shop online, better priced, and overall just a great company to order from.

The same experience as others. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter. Nobody answers calls and I believe the number goes to nowhere. Nobody returns emails. There is no way to check on the order. It's a scam. Do not shop at 12Modern

Extremely great service, quick shipping and product exactly as described/pictured. I would recommend this company to anyone. I normally find the furniture I like in a furniture store, and then find it at a much better price on their site.

If it was possible to rate zero stars, I would. This place is a scam. I ordered a piece of furniture which didn’t say it was sold out and it says shipping within 24 hours. So I ordered it but then looked around the internet and noticed it’s sold out everywhere else.

So I asked 12modern about the status. No response. Called. No one answers. Left several voicemails and sent several emails over a seven-day period. No response on anything.

Their phone number isn’t real and doesn’t get answered. They don’t respond to emails. I asked for a refund numerous times as there was a hold on my credit card for a week. Finally after a week the hold went away without any notification from this “store.”

They’ll take your money and hope you don’t mind waiting for furniture that won’t come any time soon, if at all.

The “reviews” on the website seem to be fake because if you go to minimalandmodern.com the same reviews will be there, and they have the same issues.

This site should be shut down.
