They are shameful and downright thieves! Sadly they scammed too many of us it seems. Beware if you come across the likes of their manager in your travels.

Bunch or liars. Placed orders but never received stock and they now refuse to refund. Don't believe anything they say. Rip Off. Spend elsewhere!

Just like the others I bought a printer which never arrived. Emails and phone messages never answered.
Shame on you for ripping off customers.

Out of business - As far as I can tell.

My device didn't turn up and now they are not contactable by any means and their website (at least the home page) is "Down for maintenance" without any proper design just black times roman in the top left corner.

Looks like none of us are getting our money back.

Potential scammer. Bought 2 HDDs few weeks ago, and nothing yet, no email, no phone, no body answer. Avoide buying from them!

Absolute scammer and fraud - the greasy owner had the audacity to ring me to quickly push the order through - they are committing outright fraud so why are they still able to operate? Consumer protection laws in this country are an absolute joke and do nothing. $712 spent on a printer now gone into this slimy fraud's back pocket. Again, like everyone else 13IT aren't responding to any emails or phone calls. I purchased this for a client of mine so in addition to my lost money they've been waiting close to two weeks for nothing. The owner should be arrested for fraud.

I've just lodged a complaint with Scamwatch scamwatch-gov-au/report-a-scam and would urge everyone else affected by 13IT.com.au to do the same.

I purchased computer month and a half ago. After 3 weeks of no delivery they started giving me all sorts of (false) excuses and never delivered the goods. I asked for money back and they are not answering emails.

I have been waiting for 2 months for a laptop I ordered worth over $6k. I have heard every excuse under the sun and its always someone else's fault. They won't return phone calls or respond in any way.
This is 100% a dodgy conman scammer. Do not buy ANYTHING from these criminals.

Most unbelievable scammer. I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and there is just no reply on delivery. Received some text messages where they telling me excuses what so ever. I cancelled my order and requested to refund my payment. Again non reply.
I wonder how such a company can legally exist in Australia.

Do not deal with these guys unless it is face to face and you receive goods paid for. I ordered products on 21 November 2020 and despite multiple contacts by phone & email the goods were still not supplied. I have just received a refund of my payment via Visa.

WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE

Stock ordered in September 2020 and still no sign of it in Januray 2021. They repeatedly blamed Synnex for not delivering stock but even when a screenshot of stock availability was shared they still failed to deliver!
The staff keep giving excuses and now no emails are answered. Case lodged with Consumer Affairs. Its a shame as they used ot be good.

Scammers. Took money, wouldn't deliver product or refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After 4 weeks of poor customer service, continuous guarantees that the tracking information would be provided that day via email and no responses to emails I gave up and requested a refund. No response at all. Have sent to bank as this is fraud.

This is the second time I order off these guys, I`m an installer and buy off them Tv`s and networking products for my customers. Very happy with the level of service and delivery, both orders were shipped out on the third days and arrived on the 4th and the 5th like they stated. One thing I do like is how they take photo`s of the boxes and send them to you, especially the tv packaging, this way if the box arrives damaged we can hold the courier accountable, smart thinking, Very good 13It, and thanks again Mr John.

Unresponsive, still no emails, confirmations or responses in over a month. Never received the product. Don't waste your time or money. And off to Consumer Affairs we go....

We wrote a review on 5/9 after a terrible experience that has not been solved yet. Yes, the boss did call and promised to sort it out. As we did not accept the order that we had cancelled, 13IT just need to get the stock back from the couriers. It is now 6/11/20 ** 2 months later and as we still have not received any word, have not received the full refund we deserve - we've now had to send the 7 days demand before taking this to VCAT immediately. This may be just some incompetence throughout the organisation and not deliberate deception, but what's the difference. We paid for things they could not deliver, they sent it out after we cancelled the order, we do not have the items and they have nearly a thousand dollars of ours that they have no right to keep.

There are a few good reviews here and that is promising, but be warned that when things do not go to plan - it really hits the fan.

Again, 13IT - you USED to be consistently great. Lift your game please. We need great low cost suppliers - BUT you must be dependable and operate professionally.

Hopeless! Do not buy from this company and do not trust anything they tell you. Terrible communication. They kept reassuring me that my order would arrive soon but they were clearly just feeding me a line.
I ordered a network switch 6 weeks ago and paid in full. The website said it may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. After 2 weeks I emailed the company and had no reply. When I phoned them I was told the switch was being collected by couriers that day and would arrive next week. It didn't. I phoned them again and was told there was a mix up and that it would arrive the following week. It didn't. The following week I spoke to a manager called J***** who reassured me he would prioritise my order and send it asap. He gave me his mobile number but never answered when i called and didn't reply to my voicemail. Of course the switch didn't arrive that week either. I called again and was told the end of the following week at the latest. Still no sign. I have cancelled my order and will buy from another company. I will never use 13IT again and I urge any readers to avoid them.

We were contacted by one of there reps, never spoken before, we usually buy off another supplier, he was very knowledgeable/experienced and I picked that up from the first 15 minutes over the phone. He must of been lucky because we were looking for some IP phones and monitors so the guys can work from home. I asked for a quote and a few days later placed the order. Within a week the IP phones was delivered and already programmed with the monitors, no delays. We will be back to purchase again for our business. It has been a very long time since we have come across level professionalism. I have already recommended them to be on books as a long term supplier.

Omg, I cannot explain how annoyed and frustrated I have been after dealing with this company. Do not use under any circumstances, they are just complete BS merchants. I have been constantly lied to until I had to threaten them with legal actions. I order a Logitech Brio webcam which their site said was in stock on 4/8. Didnt even get an order email but they took the money, Chased them up a week later, waiting for stock, will send out on 21/08 when stock is in, I called up and spoke to Chrissy (wow a piece of work, I mentioned the reviews on this site and she had a go at me and said I should read the positive ones), she said, she is sending it out today. Nothing happened, I waited a week, said she was then sending it out again and I would get it the next day, nothing happened. I demanded a refund after hearing all of their excuses, it took them 2 weeks to process and refund and every time I messaged them no response. I finally called them today and they did it whilst on the phone, complete w$nkers. Dont ever use this company, you will lose money, time and effort.
