13IT need to lift their game ASAP

Incredibly poor customer experience on our order unfortunately. We called first to check stock and paid upfront in good faith, then the total lack of transparency started. Weeks later we cancelled the items only for them to them send them out after we cancelled. 13IT could not normally be this unprofessional and I hope they lift their game ASAP.

Ordered And paid for TV on the 7th of April no TV no refund it is now September have a thousand excuses never return calls Or emails would have to be the worst company to deal with Avoid them at all costs I’m down $2000

Very happy

Very happy, NBN equipment for our office, because our regular supplier was out of stock. They had them and delivered them next day. Very happy and they are now our second supplier. Thanks Guys

love 13 IT

Absolutely love 13 IT, reliable, affordable, good delivery time. Tvs are great too.
Sounds like I’m in a cinema with the new tv now, no need for a sound bar, affordable. Highly recommend this product and many other products on 13 IT.

My Tv stopped working

My Tv stopped working, came a across a Samsung Wholesaler 10 minutes away, I thought they wouldn't sell to me, I called and I was surprised, they got me out of trouble. I got a Samsung Q80 75inch Tv (crazy Tv) awesome actually and it was cheaper than the retail guys, I saved $1000. They even gave me free delivery because I wasn't far and same day. I was very surprised and the service was tip top excellent :) Very down to earth. I never heard of them till now. There really good, people will surprised of the old fashioned service they provided.
Thanks Guys, keep it up and don`t change, Ill come back soon, I need to buy a sound bar, but cant afford it yet.

Well done 13IT

Well done 13IT, were no one else could find an A3 Brother you did, when everyone else had back orders for 6 weeks and more you found in just under a week. We done, that purchaser there is a gun, it was my business and I needed something urgently, they came up trumps. I will come back for sure. They were extremely friendly and experienced. Thanks guys

13IT terrible service.

Terrible service, ordered a printer on the 05 April 2020. They charged my account. No printer after a week called the company. Some guy answered very friendly said the would be sending me a tracking number by the end of that week. 3 weeks later no tracking number. Called the company multiple times waited over one hour on hold, had to hang up. Redialled the next couple of days and also sent them emails. Still no reply.
Save yourself the hassle don’t buy from this company. Very unprofessional.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Ordered two Dell Precision 3630 Towers for our workplace on 28/08/2019 for a total of $4,037.99 (INV192514). Manager said the order would arrive in two weeks. After four weeks, there wasn’t a word from them so I contacted Manager who claimed that there was NO MORE STOCK, however would provide us with computers with better specs for the same price. Weeks went past and there was NO DELIVERY OR COMMUNICATION therefore I contacted Manager again. This time he claimed that the ITEM WAS DAMAGED and had to be returned to the supplier. Although it caused us inconvenience, I understood that these things happen. Manager said he would get us the items and deliver it himself with an apology letter. Weeks after weeks, STILL NO REPSONSE. Contacted manager again, this time he claimed he is sick and has been in hospital and from this point starts IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS. I then went to their site (which is like a warehouse) and spoke with the reception. She claimed that I just missed the Manager and he will be in again tomorrow and that she will tell manager to contact me. Few days later, NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGER.
I then call receptionist and ask for the people in charge of accounts so I could ask for a refund. She gave me a number. When I contacted this number, a person with the same voice as manager answered however claimed his name was “accounts”. I explained the situation and I told him all we want is a refund and promised us we would receive it the following Friday. On Friday, we had no received any refund so I contacted them in the afternoon. Accounts aggressively abuses me saying that I have no regard for manager’s health and all I care about is money????? He then attacks me and claimed that the shipping had been delivered to our address and he assumed that something dodgy was going on. He didn’t even provide us with the tracking number. We’re a proper and reputable medical company and they were making accusations of us trying to scam them. I kept trying to call the manager however no answer but when calling with a different number, the manager would magically pick up. At this point he kept making more and more excuses.
We then contacted Consumers Affairs and they got in touch with the manager. Consumer Affairs told us that the manager’s boss was the person who had the stroke and not him. So why was he avoiding my calls if he wasn’t the one sick all this time? Consumers affairs told us that if the payment is not received, we should go to VCAT. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been really busy. I just want to let you know 13IT, we have not forgotten and we will be taking legal action.

Please don’t buy from these people. Other people are going through the same issues. They are dodgy.

Keep up the good work 13IT

I have experienced complication with other non-IT internet deliveries recently but have found that persistent, patient connection to the supplier has delivered the most beneficial outcome; especially in the context of COVID-19 adjustments and impact to our businesses. Having followed up with email and phone I found 13IT to be supportive and sensitive to my issues. They have heard me and supported me and yes my product is on its way and I’m very excited to get my new Brother printer at such a good price. I get easily frustrated and am learning that being polite when dealing with these frustrations; helps us all. Thanks to Joe and 13IT for responding to my frustrations and yet still being the professionals you are.. good work… Nigel from Wollongong

Ordered my printer 14 days ago online

Ordered my printer 14 days ago online. Charged my bank acct immediately but sent me an invoice. No confirmation or receipt at all. Emailed two days ago. No response at all. Phone call was put on endless wait.
I will never buy from them again. Honest.
I shouldn't put "I don't recommend them" but "I recommend not to buy from them".
Totally frustrated.

Dear, we apologies for keeping you on hold as you are very aware, everyone is working from home like the other 4 million australian workers. We have been smashed with phones approx. 200 calls an hour. This is something we cant control. In terms of you order, it was processed and the staff member who spoke to you today approx 30 min ago was finiding the tracking no for you. I also called you 2 times today and 2 other times over the last few weeks advising you the status of the order and delivery times but I couldnt get through, the one time I did get through, the person answering phone said it was a wrong no. I do apologies for puting you on hold but with the amount of stress the current climate is putting on all of us including the couriers. ETA are now at 7 to 10 working days accross the country. If you have any questiosn please dont hesiate to conta me directly.

Very bad company to deal with

Very bad company to deal with. First and last time for me. Will spread the word in the medical field too. I paid $2508 for a laptop on 30/1/2020 and till today 27/02/2020 I have not received it. All I have is a blanket email saying things would be sorted out. I asked for my money and no one has bothered to pay me back. I will be seeking legal action

I`m sure the above is actually a misunderstanding and if by chance, the above is the case and the product was not delivered on time, the business would of contacted you via a telephone and explained if there were a delay and why, one example that is affecting all businesses, is like whats going now, world wide stock shortages. Purchased some Ubiquiti networking gear…

Purchased some Ubiquiti networking gear from 13IT, the staff were very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. They looked after my business with a good price and delivered on time like they promised. They setup an account for me so I can get continued discounts off the normal price. I will be back.
