Bought a laptop that broke in warranty. Sent it back and after 7 months of waiting and numerous avoided calls and countless excuses to why it hadn't been sent back I contacted zipmoney and got a full refund.

Dear Steve thank you for your feed back, management did look into this and found that the laptop warranty was handled within a timely period, replaced within 2 weeks of purchase for a higher series more expensive model without testing for faults. Then the same fault again came up according to you 11 months later, the laptop was tested by the manufacture and no fault was found, one staff member decided to close the case and refund your money , taking on the responsibility himself as a personal favour to you. I cannot recommend 13IT highly enough. I have dealt with them on several occasions over the past 10 or so months and can honestly say that their customer service is outstanding as well as unbelievably fast shipment times from point of sale to when the hardware has arrived at our office.
I will continue to ensure that our company uses 13IT in the future as their prices are unbeatable, as is their excellent customer service.
