Horrible Customer Service
I made a few orders without any issues and at first, was very satisfied with the service. However, I regretted buying from them when I needed customer support for the first time. I ordered shoes but they were too small for me, I tried them out and wanted to return them, but they did not want to take them back. They told me that it was their policy that they could do so, which is strange for some EU companies. If you are selling flagship shoes for hundreds of euros I would expect at least minimum care for your long-time customer but well... You will not get that with 21run.com. Buy somewhere else even if it's a few euros more expensive...
They send you worn shoes and refuse to take them back
I received shoes that were slightly worn and did not fit me. I returned them, assuming they would accept the return in the same condition they were sent. However, they now refuse to take them back, claiming that I wore them. This feels deceptive; it seems they want me to pay for shoes that were already used.
Please be cautious: if you notice any signs that the shoes may have been worn, report it immediately. Otherwise, they may not accept your return!

Well priced product delivered quickly
Ordered pair of really fairly priced Adios Pro 3's on a Saturday in Ireland and arrived following Thursday morning. Well packaged as delivery company left inside a door, as agreed with me on phone, that blew open and rain got on the package. No ones fault just one of those things and product was well protected. My experience with 21run has been excellent.
FRAUDULENT SELLER
It is clearly indicated that if you buy for over 500 kr swedish you get free shipping. I loaded up my chart to 617 kr but when I was going to check out the shipping cost was 250 kr (extremly high for from anywhere in the world - the highest I ever have gotten - And i buy daily from other countries).
Consumer service told me that in certain parts of the world the shipping is higher. Why not indicate that clearly. I consider this behaviour as fraudulent.

Very fast delivery time but let down for the shoes themselves. Few dirt marks on them which makes me think have they been worn before? Really disappointed as they were meant to be a gift and now I don’t know what to do. The box was really destroyed too but could have been the courier.

I bought a pair of shoes from their store, i had already the same shoes (bought from retail), size and model i just wanted a different color. After i placed my order i started reading the amount of negative reviews so i thought of canceling my order... I COULDNT because they don't even allow you, you get a confirmation email 5h later about purchase and at the same time that order was already sent. I got my shoes in 4 days, delivery time was great BUT these shoes were totally different than the ones i had, my feet got warm, tired, it was painful and so i thought it was cuz the shoes were new but something was different on the material to the point that you cant even bend them. I used them indoor like 6 times so now i cant send them back, money lost. Then I bought the shoes again from retail same everything and it was way different material, quality, they bend, i didn't have foot pain with those AND they are literally same shoe, size, model. Moral of the story.. next time buy retail and forget about this company. I wouldn't say its counterfeit cuz everything is rly visible the same but QUALITY was 0 and i never had foot pain with Hoka in 2 years.

Wrong size, right customer service!
I accidentally bought the wrong size and couldn't cancel the order. I called the next morning, spoke with a lovely person who helped me out, no problem. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I needed, but I will definitely try them again in the future.

For every German: Didn’t have issues with Sportscheck in the past, will probably return there. Or support your local shop, of which many have delivery options by now.

Great customer service
Ordered a pair of running shoes over €50 so eligible for free shipping. However at checkout I was charged €9.50 shipping costs. Sent an email querying it and within an hour had a reply explaining there was a problem with the website but if I sent them the order number they would refund it. All done and dusted in the space of a couple of hours. Brilliant service.

This company does not support any return or change of size. You have to buy and arrange your own return, if you need to change size. And that is super expensive, since you have to send it to Netherlands, even if bought on a Swedish site. The return costs 30€.
