Terrible, waste of my and lots of others time. Started process with CC company to refund my costs. Unlike some, the price I paid for the ipad pro, could not be considered a significant saving. If anyone can send me a screenshot saying the business has gone bust would help; currently just getting a 404 error message where there was a website up until a couple of weeks ago.

Ordered an Iphone SE, got an email telling me delivery was 4-6 weeks which was never made clear, track my order to get this screen saying they'd gone bust.

Ceased trade. Very disappointing. I guess I won’t receive anything and was a scam since beginning.

WEBSITE IS DOWN AND THEY HAVE GONE BUST DUE TO COVID. TO GET A REFUND ASAP WITHOUT WAITING, FOLLOW THESE STEPS...

1) Contact your bank or card company

2) Tell them that your order has not arrived and it's overdue....(don't go into specifics like my estimated delivery date was x y z etc etc) otherwise the bank will fob you off & tell you to wait for this date which will delay your refund!

3) They will ask you if you have contacted 3PP & you tell them "YES BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE BUT IT'S NOT LOADING AND GIVES AN ERROR. I CANNOT CONTACT THEM BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL"

If you tell your bank this, they will do the chargeback immediately which means you will receive your money back immediately & NO WAITING!!

We all need our money back now....NOT in the next 2-3 weeks, so stick to the script folks!

I’ve tried to go on the website to get an update on my tracking number. Saying page not found. Have I been scammed?
And I also don’t understand why your allowing 3pin products to report negative reviews.

Has anyone got a screen shot of the liquidation web page? It’s now been taken down and I’ll likely need it for my credit card provider. If you can please let me know.

ORDERED A IPHONE 11 WAS TOLD IT WAS COMING FROM OVERSEAS AND THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW TRACKING NUMBER BY 21ST NOVEMBER,. GONE TO WEBSITE TO OBTAIN TRACKING NUMBER ONLY TO FIND A MESSAGE SAYING GONE BUST. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY.

I ordered an iPad Pro on 2 November but now the business has ceased trading but my order was said to have been dispatched will I still get my product ?

I orderd 2 items.. Initially skeptical but then they were quick to respond and when i orderd there was a fairly amount of food reviews saying they received orders
... So fast forward to this month and my delivery within the long window they gave and after checking the website they are now ceased traded... I hope i get my reviews... I'm normally weary of using websites like this but i thought they would b legit with the reviews and quick responses... Don't be stupid like me! Hopefully i get money back from bank.. I've got emails and order number from them as evidence of purchase!

Like many other people on here I was looking for a phone for a Christmas present, google and trust pilot both had this company come up. They even answered my email I sent to 3pinproducts. I found out Friday the company has closed down! I am now £429 out of pocket, i have notified the bank and fraud team. I want my money back. And yes I am a genuine person who ordered from you. My order I.D is 5611. I placed order 3/11. Do the decent thing and give my money back.

I also ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max in space grey for £649 with an order date of 29 October and an eta of 4th December. The communication I originally had with this company were great but went to check my order yesterday to see that the company has ceased. I sent an email to them to see if my order will still arrive but haven’t received a reply. I contacted my bank to start the refund process as I paid by credit card. I still want the item obviously but hoping to at least get a refund. Shame on me for ordering in the first place.

I to fell for this scam only because of trustpilot supporting them by taking down genuine reviews and leaving the fake ones on.
I can’t believe that this is the second time this guy has done this and he is getting away with it I hope everyone gets there money back and he gets the book thrown at him.
And why is trustpilot still taking down genuine reviews even though this company has ceased trading and done a runner with everyone’s money.

Same scenario her, the common thing here that we all supposed to receive maximum by coming Dec, which makes it very suspicious, I made my purchase 35 days a go, and receive nothing up to now, I will contact the bank.honestly, I want a refund, I do not want the item any more, trust is more important than anything else.

Purchase order 2354. I ordered an IPhone 11 from 3 pins on the 17/10/20 my ETA was between 16/11-07/12 they failed to fulfil my order and have now ceased trading so I am now £480 out of pocket. You have to question the authenticity of the reviews on Trustpilot.

Purchased and paid for a new mobile phone in October 2020, chased for delivery weekly to be told all is good phone is due on the date. Update 20/11/2020 tried to log in to my account to track the delivery again to find the company have ceased trading. I received no email of this or any notice that they was ceasing trading. Just a warning to others who may have outstanding orders.

Placed an order for an iPhone 11 on 29/10.
Delivery times were clearly stated so I decided to give them a go; this morning the company ceased trading.
I don't know what to think, as last time my order has been shown as dispatched, with delivery date on 4th December.
Will update rating and comment accordingly to what is going to happen next.

Edit: after trying to be neutral in this comment, they still tried to report my review. Scam or not, they don't even deserve the benefit of the doubt.

You are all just AS EQUALLY TO BLAME as they are!!

There is a reason why multi million quid companies have RRP's because it's impossible to get these type of discounts on Apple goods!

TOLD THE OPERATOR ON THE PHONE TO CHECK THEIR HOMEPAGE FOR PROOF & HE SAID NO PROBLEM, WE WILL GET THE PAYMENT REVERSED FOR YOU. PHEW!

PEOPLE WHO PAID WITH CREDIT CARD WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING A REFUND DUE TO SECTION 75.

THE FACT THAT THEY OPENLY STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY'VE GONE BUST, MAKES IT EASIER FOR YOUR BANK/CC COMPANY NOT TO WIGGLE OUT OF REFUNDING YOU!!

RUBBISH SITUATION FOR EVERYONE WHO'S ORDERED THIS FROM SHAMBOLIC COMPANY, BUT AT LEAST YOU WON'T BE OUT OF POCKET AS LONG AS YOU CALL YOUR BANK.

Trustpilot, I'm sorry but you failed to do your job. You've let this company play you like puppets, by removing most of the 1 stars (like mine) instead of the actual fake reviews. You let his company do whatever they wanted. Because of this, lots of people bought from this website due to the good reviews, and now it's shut down. Please do your job properly next time.

And yes, next time this is flagged, I have had a genuine experience with this company, so there's no reason to report or remove my review.

I paid on my debit card so I’m not sure I’ll get the money back. So now I’m £609 of my hard earned money down and no Christmas present for my daughter. Why are 3PP still reporting the reviews? Are they honestly trying to protect their ‘integrity’?! Don’t know how they sleep at night. Rest assured I’m taking action and would advise other victims to do the same.
