Be Cautious when buying from 89 customize. I placed an order on June 29th for my wife’s birthday gift. I got the confirmation email and order number it said it would be delivered on July 16 or 17th. I checked my order on the 17th and it said it was delivered on July 16. My wife was home all day and she said nothing was delivered. I sent support an email on the that day stating that it was delivered but I was not and got no response then I sent another email on the 19th and still got no response from support. I never got an email saying it was shipped or a tracking number. I guess I am out $43 bucks I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. As of right now I am not going to order anything from 89 customized again due to there worthless customer support team.

I’m giving 2 stars due to the two lovely Christmas ornaments I’ve ordered and received in the past.

HOWEVER, I am EXTREMELY upset at the lack of customer service I experienced with my last order in December! I LOST OVER $70 in merchandise that just never showed up!! Everything was to go to the SAME address, but after a month of waiting I just never received the other two items in my order!! I sent over FIVE EMAILS to customer service and received ZERO replies!! I am so disappointed that 1. I lost money!! 2. I didn’t receive the shirts I really wanted and 3. That NOT ONE EMAIL was sent back to me to question about the shipment, a replacement, or a refund.

I would be cautious supporting this business.

I placed an order in November for two items and everything seemed fine. After a somewhat lengthy period of time the items shipped together via a single tracking number and the package arrived. However, only one item was in a bag type package that was in perfect condition.

I have made multiple email attempts, and tried calling their customer service number without success. The number will not go through and they do not answer my emails. This is very suspicious to me.

Being that I did receive one item, and it is the Christmas season, I am going to remain optimistic that I will hear something when the seasonal rush ends. If so I will amend this reveiw...somewhat.

Update 12/28/2022:

I received the second item ordered. However, I never received any response from the company. I will attribute this to holiday volume, but likely refrain from future purchases. The products received are what I expected in this price point. If I could re-rate I would give them 3 stars.

The sign is amazing! It’s from the fur kids to their daddy and we cannot wait for him to open it on Christmas. The wheaten terrier didn’t look like my wheaten so I tried the golden doodle but that didn’t look like him either. I can’t remember the dog I select but it looks just like him!! I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much for this!!

I had two issues ordering from their website. First I couldn't add all the items I wanted because the item was set up incorrectly and didn't allow me to add to cart with the options I chose. I contacted help and they just told me to do what I already did and it "should" work. But it did not.

Then, I was supposed to get a 10% discount for adding two items to the cart. I saw the discount on the cart page. But then when I proceeded to checkout, the discount fell off and I couldn't add it back because there wasn't a "code" to add.

Extremely disappointed. Very doubtful that this is a legitimate business.

Ordered and received my custom printed coffee mug within weeks. Very good quality. The options of design awesome.

0 STAR REVIEW: I ordered my item nearly 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I sent several emails to customer support and although a person named Jasmine replied to me in the beginning, they stopped responding to me a few days ago (sent 3 emails since). I have a tracking number but it shows that the package is in limbo since October 30. I called DHL and the post office and they both told me that the tracking number is invalid. Starting to believe that this is a scam. Absolutely disappointed in the way I'm being treated here.

I have tried to email..call... And txt this company to make sure they do my order as I have asked for before I ordered it.
NO ONE HAS RESPONDED !!!! HIGHLY UPSET...
NO ANSWER...NOTHING...EMAIL IT GOES TO BLOCK ..WHAT DOES THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN...NOT HAPPY....

I had a problem with a customized shirt. I contacted 89customized customer service. They helped me recustomize the shirt in another color and print and it came out perfectly. It made me feel great that they cared enough to assist me and to correct the problem I had. I am already making up another order. Thanks

WOW is all I can say. Excellent product. Great workmanship. I LOVE IT! Hanging rope is thick and the personalization is just like it looked when I designed it on line. It's really fantastic!

I want to update this review. After nearly 6 weeks, I thought it was a scam BUT I DID finally get the signs! Things that made me suspicious were issues, such as the mailing labels were created but never showed as arrived at mailing facility, language errors in the emails and so on. The company claimed the first shipment was lost and sent another set. The second set arrived just fine and were just as advertised. I really like them and had there not been all the weird delays and many emails I had to write, I would give them a higher rating. Hopefully this is just growing pains or COVID caused supply issues. Do be sure you track your shipment closely.

I ordered the ball cap with two dogs and jeep. The quality if hat sucks nothing like pictures and it was stuffed in a bag to small for it and arrived with a messed up br as a result!!

Fantastic experience. The company worked with me to customize their design for my unusual family (12 kids!) and get my fathers day t-shirt EXACTLY how I wanted it. It arrived on time and I'm thrilled with it. I'll wear it proudly.
