Like everyone else, I was hesitant to purchase an item from a Facebook ad. You never if it is a scam or if you'll get what you paid for. I was very pleased with the item when it arrived. Just like it looks like in the pics!! Quality seems decent and it arrived in a timely manner. Thank you.

Love it. Honestly was a little worried about ordering something from an ad on Instagram but I thought it was so cute and creative that I had to give them a try. So happy with my decision, the cutest sign and gift. Definitely recommend

We ordered a custom sign for our son’s new home. We are very pleased with the final product. Customer service was very communicative with me as I was concerned about the length of time it was taking to have confirmation of shipping but they assured me they would provide accurate info and they did follow through. I would just suggest that you allow about three weeks or so for processing and shipping when ordering an item.

My first order shipped before my customization was complete. Before I could email them a new order was already in the works. They Customized all my pups exactly how I wanted! Their service is exceptional!

Daughter got Dad a Patio Bark and Grill with our Samoyed and Pug faces on it. Wow! We were both knocked over with delight! The "smiling" Samoyed expression was perfect..and I am a stickler! The colors were great. It is too nice to put on the patio, even though it is covered, so it will be in the family room. We love it!

Bought the Super Daddio shirt for fathers day for my hubby, came in fast and my husband loves it. They did a great job would highly recommend them for your order. It took about two weeks total if that (from the time of order to shipment).

I ordered for fathers day and it did not come in time even though it should have. I contacted several times because I didn't receive tracking info and was told it had shipped. It had not, it didn't reach the post office until the 17th and Father's day was the 20th. Even the website stated anyone who ordered before the 11th would get their gift in time for Father's day and I ordered before that. I contacted many times and was told that they couldn't keep up with demand, but who's fault is that? I had to buy my husband another gift. Would not recommend.

Ordered and never received order confirmation. Contacted and they were accommodating. Received order after we hoped to receive it. Item was as expected and good quality.

I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to buy off a Facebook post, I have before and it was a scam, but your company came through and I was very happy with the results. I love the hats.
So to all those hesitant to purchase from this company, don’t be they are great! It does take a while from placing your order until delivery just be patient they come through.

Ordered a deck sign that I laid out and even though it took a while to get here it's really nice. The problem is that it's not water proof. So I can't put it on my deck. Thinking of spraying it with a clear coat to protect it. Maybe that should be told up front that these signs aren't weather proof and maybe the company can figure a way to do that and offer it as a extra when ordering. I know I would of paid to have it protected.

The hat I ordered took just under a month to receive. That said, I loved it once I got it.

Great communication. I messed up with the year and requested them 2x to change. Both times they replied promptly and made the changes.
Nice wood sign! Colors and writing are just like as advertised.
