Absolutely disgusting service they gave…

Absolutely disgusting service they gave me a time slot from 12pm till 1pm and I am work from 7am till 6pm so couldn't be in so I paid £4.99 for there so called v.i.p service wich is wrong anyway
So I organised my parcel to be delivered today the 01,07,23 between 12 and y only for them to email today to say they can't deliver my item till Monday the
03 07 23 so I am back to square one again as ime not at home through the week and I've paid £4.99 now for a service I haven't received I think this is disgusting I understand that the driver can't always deliver on time but here was no note posted through my door also I paid £4.99 for v.i.p delivery and it still wasn't delivered also there was no solution made to me for this inconvenience and I was on the phone all day Saturday trying to chase this up so my day off was completely waisted its been a week now its the 7th of july and I still haven't received my parcel

I am sorry to hear about this.

When an order is shipped, the courier will normally give an hours time slot as to when they will attempt delivery. Customers can upgrade and change their delivery if this is not suited.

Sometimes couriers may not be able to deliver parcels as expected due to extreme or unforeseen circumstances but will do everything within their ability to do so as requested.

Shocking customer service

UPDATE 2 - have just been told a manager will be calling me back in a couple of hours, when I said if they haven’t contacted me by 3:30 I would call back … I was then told I need to be realistic about these things. When I asked the call handler if it was realistic to take over 11 calls and 2 weeks to pay money to a customer they owe she changed the time to by 6pm. Seriously, what are you running here?
UPDATE- despite the reply claiming they take customer service seriously, the manager call back - I was hung up on 3 times despite answering the 3 calls. Attempted to call that number back and all you get is an automated message to go online 🤬🤬 Attempted to call the initial number from yesterday back 3 times so far - twice I was hung up on by the sales team and the 3rd time I was put through to a Samsung store to process a new order.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a phone/broadband package with them. Part of that was £100 cash back. To be paid 30 days after contract started. It is now 47 days and not received it. Have called 6 times to resolve. Call 1 … please wait 5 more days. Call 2 … it will be in your account today (it wasn’t) Call 3…. Someone didn’t process it, it’ll be in your account by end of today Call 4 …spoke to someone who is up there with the worst customer advisor ever, he said there are no managers they are all in a meeting, they will call you at 10, no call by 11 so Call 5 …. Sorry, it is here, someone will call by the end of the day. Call 6, as you guessed it, no one called. Was told there isn’t a manager available and that even if there was they weren’t aware to call me and so have now raised a manager call for tomorrow between 11 & 1 as they need to investigate why I haven’t been paid.
Essentially it seems the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing.
There is never a manager available or even there…and if you want anything from them you have to do all the chasing. Have asked that this is raised a complaint but I’m not confident I’ll even get a call tomorrow!

I feel I’ve been scammed by A1…

I feel I’ve been scammed by A1 Comms/Affordablemobiles.Co.uk. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They charged my card, did credit check and took money from my account but sent me no phone or sim and 3 weeks passed. You can’t call them and every time different advisor says different story and their stories don’t even add up. Don’t wast your time and money. I’ve asked them 10s of times to give me their regulators details but they have not as they know they stand no grounds. Can someone please tell me their regulators details as I have no choice.

Sent out a 'modified phone' marked as…

Sent out a 'modified phone' marked as new. Becareful with this catch, Samsung had never heard of this modification and advised to send the phone back. Apparently its a change of software and to convert to a UK plug. The phones do not come with a plug so something in the software has been modified.

Didn't file for a PAC code upon cancellation. We've been without the number for two weeks now and penalties for a modified phone, a contract and a lost number.

The live chat would rather engage in sarcasm and dismiss you than help you.

Nobody ever rings you back or responds to you in their own time frames of 24-48 hours.

Genuinely the worst purchase we could have made and very regretful.

Having the worse time of my life

Having the worse time of my life.
NEVER buy a phone contract with Samsung. I sent this back within the 14 days to cancel it, they have not returned my deposit and are now charging me for a phone contract that I cancelled, leaving me with no other option but to contact my bank.

AVOID AVOID.

AVOID AVOID.......This company is awful......They do not send through PAC Codes quickly. The advisors say they can pass you onto managers. You ask for a call back and it never happens. It just really poor service.

Regarding PAC codes, this is something that is not provided by ourselves, a PAC code is requested by the customer from the network and sent directly to the customer from the network.

I am so upset with this awful company.

I am so upset with this awful company.
Please avoid them, don’t ever purchase anything with them.

I have upgraded to iPhone 14 throughout them and when I started to use the phone I found it’s faulty. I have sent it back to them and told them I want to cancel my contract with them. It was still within 14 days.

For some reason they don’t want to still mark the phone as returned on O2 site and O2 is overcharging me every month on bill. I’m still paying like I have the new phone but I have returned it. I have called them million times they keep saying they did it but when I called O2 they saying that it’s still not done.
It’s going like this since 21/11/2022!!!!!
I am feeling so helpless and stressed from this issue.
If they won’t do it ASAP I am going to solicitors.

Absolutely awful customer services

Absolutely awful customer services. False advertisements and promotions. Incomprehensible telephone agents who can't really help with anything other than telling you the status of your order. Chat agents that end conversations without resolution. A real nightmare to deal with and no way to resolve simple issues. Don't look forward to seeing my bills or having to end this contract. Will likely have to cancel my direct debit in 24 months. Can't be trusted.

Sent me a phone that's reported stolen

Sent me a phone thats been previously reported as lost/stolen during transit by themselves, now I have to wait a week for investigation, unacceptable

Edit: live chat didn't help, passed me off for two weeks then promised me a new handset the same day they take the old one to them say i need to send the old one and wait a week for replacement, shambles of a company. 0/10

how many times does a company need telling that I have already upgraded with another company.
Keep ringing 7 to 8 time day,i have proof.If you keep doing i will report to police for harassment.

Harrasment on a daily basis, how many times does a company need telling that I have already upgraded with another company. Blocked but still showing up on my call list. Pure harassment. Ps they say they send "a message for further info" but don't actually bother doing it.

Hung up my call when I tried to make a point about their repeated unwanted calls

Asked multiple times to have my details removed as I upgraded my contract myself a few months ago. Stated this to the first few people to call me when asked to be removed. Had another call today where the advisor talked over me when I tried to make the point that they had been informed to remove me. Then this advisor started to argue with me that my contract was showing as active with the company and said it was my responsibility to check with the actual provider when it’s actually their own systems that are inaccurate. Colleague then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrid experience and people

Our Sales Team do call our customers with offers to upgrade or change contracts, when the customer is nearing the end of the contract they currently have. This is a standard process for all of our Sales Team as it is very unlikely that it would be possible to line up the end date of your current contract and the start date of your new contract exactly, so they call customers to give the option of upgrading.

Cold Calling Company

Cold calling company. I have a new born baby and they woke me up. So irritating.

Is calling me to offer me a product out of the blue not cold calling? I have never ordered a product from you before.
Unfortunately babies do not operate within normal business hours.

Diabolical

Diabolical, 19 times I was called in a week I said, every time add this number to the blacklist but they persisted and persisted. I blocked the number and they used another to call me 😂 It's scummy companies like this that infuriate me.
