Nicola goes above and beyond to help me and our business deliver against our communication strategy.

Applied for a phone contract that asked for an upfront cost, however didn't get accepted(not the problem) but I did not get the upfront cost I gave refunded, the upfront cost was £70 which I have been waiting well over two weeks for.

Order cancel already second week waiting for refund...call them plenty of time always transferring there were nobody pick up phone hours...need to inform my bank and probably police.

Emma and Teresa have helped set up our account and handling our orders for the business. They have been great to deal with and made life easier all whilst achieving a discount.

It was the first time we have used A1, great service and team , they were always at the end of the phone to help the transfer of our handsets and lines .I would recommended them to anyone who is looking t place a number of handsets .

Absolutely fantastic service! Genuinely shocked that a company like this exists to make the choosing of a business phone and contract so easy. Will be recommending to other businesses.

Always has fast & reliable service from A1. They listen and react to your requirements and work with you not forcing products on you which you don't need. Fully recommend them.

Great customer experience - when we needed handsets turned around quickly, to avoid disrupting our operation, Helen and Tonia were really helpful, 24 hour turnaround! Very impressed.

Totally excellent service from start to finish. I can't rate the staff and service at A1 Comms enough. My latest issues with EE was swiftly resolved by Teresa at A1 who was so polite and friendly. If you need anything to do with phones give these people a call

Great communication, very helpful, transferred my lines from other networks without issue, guided me through the process and was cheaper than going direct!
A1 is truly A1!!!!

Took £50 and £2,50 from my account before I got declined for a handset. It has been 3 weeks and still no refund, no email about a timescale regarding my refund. A week sure, but basically holding my money from me without any communication. And they call themselves A1 comms..... If you're considering a contract phone do not go through this sham of a company.

Went through the carrier myself and got a handset with instant clearance.

Dodgy company with zero customer care.

Edit. I've had zero messages requesting more information as stated below.

No dealings with this company, however my phone contract is due to finish soon and magically they're sending me texts with offers?! No way to stop these messages either! Sneaky marketing at its finest 😠

They take your money before you even get approved. I want my Money ASAP thank you

Have been using this company since April this year and have been very impressed with the level of customer service and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction in supplying our company mobiles. Always available to help when needed.

Emma Derbyshire in particular has been superb to deal with throughout and would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I found A1 Comms on a comparison site looking for a company mobile phone for a newly established business. It did surprise me at every stage of the process: incredibly tempting offer, professional customer service, can-do approach, fast order processing and good communication about delivery updates. I have to admit, I did not expect such a smooth experience, being a business without trading history - thank you so much, A1 Comms, you made it so much easier!

I was sent a text saying I was due for an upgrade. I called the A1 Comms and spoke to a sales rep and discussed possible upgrades. The sales guy said he needed to speak to a manager. Clearly he didn’t press mute on his phone as he was swearing at me. I questioned what he said, he put me on hold and then hung the phone up. Absolutely disgusted at the guys attitude and mouth and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

UPDATE!
The above situation has been resolved with outstanding service from Sam and Liam. This is the reason why I have always used Affordable Mobiles. (Apart from this one unfortunate incident)
