I cannot recommend Addison Ross more ,not only do they have lovely products to buy but they are the nicest company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and the customer service goes above and beyond to help you. They delivered so promptly too - I honestly could not fault them. If only every company was as nice to deal with. Just have to mention too how helpful Cath was! Thank you Addison Ross.

Arrived late for a special occasion! The website advertised as next day, that option was not available at checkout so had to select 3-4 days and even then arrived on the 5/6th day! Add insult to injury, I had to go collect the item despite being at home all day. Their contact number also does not work!

Would never have ordered and I have known this before hand!

I was very impressed by the choice on the website and the service to get them packaged (very nicely) and delivered all before Christmas. My only observation was that there was an offer on (buy 4 pay for 3) but it was not clear how to apply (or what code to use) to obtain the discount at the check out stage. I did find a code by searching the internet and that feedback has been given to Addison Ross. Overall though, excellent.

I ordered 2 photo frames as an engagement gift. The free photographs were a lovely touch and the frames are fantastic quality and came beautifully boxed.

A placemat in my first order was faulty and was promptly replaced, so good customer service there.
However there was no photo with the frame in my second order and no response to my emails.
Otherwise these are lovely products.

I’m about to send the candles back… I ordered cherry red candles but got pale blue (in a cherry red box).

Their photo printing option is not great so don’t trust it! They inserted someone else’s photo into the frame I ordered and I gave it to my niece unopened as a present! Very embarrassing and careless on their behalf. The shouldn’t offer this service if they can’t get it right or don’t have quality control. Receiving another person’s private photo from their order feels like an invasion of their privacy. What a bad experience.

The ordering process was simple and the quality of the photograph frame is very good. The item was packed well and will make an excellent present.

Very happy with my purchases of 2 silver and white flower photo frames. Purchased for a birthday present. The postage was exceptional especially when it was posted quickly and free to Western Australia. Will definitely be checking out Addison Ross website in the future.
