Addison Ross is absolutely amazing!!! I ordered a picture frame for a birthday present and was thrilled with it. The price is so reasonable for the quality and I was shocked at how beautiful the frame was. When it was delivered it was packaged well and the delivery was so quick, I received an email from the delivery service and also Addison Ross to say it had been delivered. Will be definitely using you again. Thank you so much!!!

The photo frame was exactly as depicted & uploading a photo into it was very easy. The photo frame was packaged well & I gifted it in the lovely box it came in. The package arrived to me in the time specified & I was able to tract it.

My third purchase from Addisson Ross. Beautiful photo frames, chose the Navy and Silver, Teal and White frames. The quality is excellent, always beautifully wrapped and boxed.

Lovely colours to complement all types of pictures - I have bought a variety and some as future gifts which I know will be greatly appreciated as all my children already covet the ones on display!

Great idea to print the photo as part of the frame, however I would prefer an option to pay more and get a better quality print that is better colour balanced, and printed in high resolution. Having options on the level of print quality and pricing would be really appreciated.

Bitterly disappointed with Addison Ross. Really poor customer service. Trays arrived but a lot larger than anticipated so returned. (At my expense) and still waiting for a refund.

I'm a big fan of Sophie Paterson's collection and I have already ordered some of her pieces. We enjoy them so much that I ordered some other items from the same collection. The quality is great, delivery to Switzerland was more than prompt and the packaging very elegant.

Lovely products. I had a problem with one photo frame that had a small mark on it. I contacted customer service who sent another one out the same day. I'm very pleased with my experience and my mum and mother-in-law will be delighted with their Mother's Day presents.

Very satisfied with the purchase with amazing quality of photo print. The frames become one of the highlights in the living room,also serves as great gift for mother-in-law.

Not only is their range fantastic, so is the customer service. Ordered one of their mirrored frames which was dispatched in record time, but then needed to change the delivery address as the courier had been unable to deliver on time. Without issue, they dispatched a second frame to arrive at the second address on time. Grown up behaviour! Many thanks.

Quality is ok but I specifically researched the website as I wanted a product made in this country to send abroad. It came in good time but was made in Italy . Very disappointed.

I love Addison Ross' bright colours and witty designs. It's a great company, so much so that I gave all my clients the salt and pepper grinders this year for Christmas and they all loved the bold bobbin shape. Very efficient delivery and beautifully packed. Thank you! Emma

Easy to find and easy to order

My frame was broken in shipment, but Addison Ross quickly resolved the issue and sent a new frame in the post. Great customer service.

Purchased a set of four navy table mats and a set of four matching coasters, both items were extremely well packaged and each had their own dust jacket to protect from scratches. Absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of the lacquer, and they look wonderful on the table.
