I have been a happy customer for some time now. This product works well. It sits in the back and does what it says it does. I know it works well and that makes me very happy. Today I got an error message. This is very unusual but I did a quick reset and the error message returned. The ability to open a support ticket and seek help from the error is a chef's kiss. seamless and fast. The response and resolution was fast too. I am very impressed with the service and the people behind it. Thank you.

AdGuard and it’s VPN are outstanding for me.

If, like me, you hate all the ads we are bombarded with every time we open a web browser or an add-on, then Adguard is the solution. I've had it for a few years now and it's reliable, and I don't have to deal with ads!!!

An excellent ad blocker, but what really stands out is their customer service. I had an issue with some ads, and they resolved it in just two emails, quickly and professionally

Started issue in mid-January 2025. Response time between exchanges was weeks until last two. Ignored my questions and answered others. Maybe it was automated responses rather than person. Declared case closed twice and asked what else they could do. "Atrocious" is best way to characterize experience. Finally solved my problem after brief exchange with Ai.

There are things we can fix on our own, so it's best to learn as much as you can about AdGuard products & how they operate via their Blog/Website.

And when all else fails, contact AdGuard support bocs the problem can only be fixed on their end.

And when the problem still persists, then you might have to contact Microsoft or Apple or the company of whatever type of computer you have, so that they can reconfigure your settings to accept AdGuard products.

Great ad blocker

AdGuard works well. Easy to use and blocks ads everywhere. My browsing is faster and cleaner. Highly recommend.

The support i got from Adguard was good. The support agent i spoke to was friendly and the software works great without much problems. the problems that do happen are easily solved by adjusting a setting in the program itself.

It helped me block 2 malious webpages without me knowing that i visited them ( possible third party request )

AdGuard is not good, it does not block ads like youtube and other websites. DO NOT BUY

The responsiveness of the support team was excellent. I expected an answer within 24 hours but I received an email very shortly after I sent my query.
Even if it may have been an automated one (e.g. through AI use) it was relevant and moreover in my language.
Some would say it's to be expected from an editor/product as fine as AdGuard, still it's much appreciated.

Adguard has been very helpful and is a useful tool to limit the constant barrage of ads! I have a lifetime licence and it has been great.

A great company, I use their products for many years and they're very privacy oriented! They also care about their customers!

Software was not working after a new OS install. After reboot it was ok. I already made a incident ticket. They responded quickly.

I really like the adblocker. It is working great. I should have bought / installed this much earlier on my MacBook and iPhone.

Got the result I was looking for,
however, Adguard should make it a bit easier to uninstall ALL components / extensions / extras from the operating system,
maybe with a dedicated "Uninstaller"
