I was able to avoid those pesky commercials on YouTube on my iPhone.

It was great assistance, fast and concise.

Caused major issues with Samsung phone. This software acts more like a virus than legit software. My voicemail was modified. When I received a call to verify my appointment and pressed 1 on keypad, the keypad disappeared and phone went to emergency calls only and closed the phone app. When I tried to dial a number, the keypad was disabled. Virus alert.

UNABLE TO UNINSTALL on iOS even after following normal uninstall process, advanced uninstall flow provided in their help site. Still on my computer and can’t get it off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM. ANY PROGRAM THAT ONLY INSTALLS SUCCESSFULLY BUT WILL NOT REMOVE ITSELF EASILY AND SUCCESSFULLY SHOULD BE AVOIDED!!

Product works well but Customer Service is somewhere
between abysmal and non-existent! Usual AI garbage solutions you all have come to expect from these types of organisations coupled with the usual pages and pages of "READ THIS AND SORT IT OUT FOR YOURSELVES".
Subscription cancelled and refund on the way hopefully!

I'm on a subscription that runs out in June, but it's now worthless as the company doesn't seem to be answering emails any more (waiting for 6 days and counting). The 'guarding' has failed for the third time since this annual subscription started, so there are ads all over the place and no one to contact! They've basically taken my money and run >:( Avoid!

I had been using Adguard for a while. Then I started to get BSOD errors (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I contacted Adguard support and they quickly sent me a link to a newer version that fixed all my problems.

It has worked flawlessly ever since. Their support is great.

I just used the free version on my mobile device and it works great. I know its working because I get popups from a lot of sites that tell me I'm using an ad blocker and please disable it while reading their site.

Also all the ads are blank.

Excellent customer support for a very useful and well-made app.

I used this VPN for a while, but I started getting suspicious about their security practices.

Having wrongly thought, for a moment, that I had been "scammed" after purchasing a global Adguard subscription (Blocker, DNS, VPN) at a very attractive price on an online commercial site, I contacted Adguard's support service, somewhat skeptically.
My problem was resolved very quickly despite a few misunderstandings on my part.
Beyond the technical security qualities of the applications, it was the speed, follow-up and efficiency of this support that pleasantly surprised me.
This stands in stark contrast to my unfortunate experiences with certain sites from very large publishers who, while claiming to help you, make you do the work for them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It makes you pay and makes it hard to delete. Very Scammy. DO NOT recommend using this trash
