WARNING TICKETMASTER CUSTOMERS!! If you wish to re-sell your ticket through the TM platform it goes through these people. They will require you to provide every possible form of ID in order to receive your money, and even then they will deliberately delay the payment by saying your details need review. It can take up to and over a month to be paid and while this is happening your details are sitting vulnerable on TM database waiting to be exploited. Do not forget TM had a major data breach in recent months. AVOID AND BE WARNED, PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY.
Disaster
This platform is reviewing our bank account in our eshop, and, it's really painful. They're refusing to comply with the rules. Disaster. Avoid.
When will companies wake up and realise this companies failings.
This company provides the AML and bank account verification service for Faire a choosen yet soon to be dropped wholesale intermediary. Adyen have not accepted or approved my verification and have not given me any rationale or constructive work around in order to resolve the rejected documents. Issues appear to be an IT based. Adyen demonstrate NO urgency to resolve this yet it's my business that has gone unpaid even when I have provided the products and now I am missing further orders in the mean time.

Illogical backend
The payment processing system has a broken logic. It is currently unable to distinguish between legitimate and fraudulent credit cards(at least Indian cards).
I have a static IP address and i am using a single card, still the payments are flagged by suspicious.
I strongly advise all merchants against using this payment method.

My card was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, and customer service has failed to respond appropriately.
They only replied for the first time, but their response didn’t even address my issue. Instead, they sent a generic template, which shows they didn’t read or understand my email. I emailed them twice more, and they're properly ignored.
This has caused me numerous inconveniences. Even stores I used to shop at no longer accept the same card. All of this is a result of mistakes made by this company. Worst of all, no one knows how to resolve the issue except ADYEN, but they're completely unhelpful!
OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE PAYMENT
Waiting well over a month for a refund on Ticketmaster concert tickets which resold on the Ticketmaster platform. This is the company they use to process resale refunds. You provide correct banking and personal information and it gets verified and then they don't make payment, advising your details are not correct, please wait another 10-15 business days. This goes on and on while they collect interest on people's money while they stall payment.

Adyen recruited me directly from a stable job, promising growth and development. However, after just one month, I was terminated without proper justification. The reasons given were vague and contradictory, such as "not fitting into the office" or "not spending enough time at the office," despite meeting all agreed-upon conditions.
I received no constructive feedback, no opportunity to improve, and no explanation during or after termination. My follow-up emails seeking clarity were ignored. The sudden decision caused significant financial instability, especially since it came during the holiday season.
The management's handling of employees lacks transparency and professionalism, and I cannot recommend this company as an employer.

They mislead by naming each and every transaction adyen.nl on your bank account - so it costs you critical thinking and effort to investigate what was that transaction for - usually it's for a subscription you though you canceled 2-3 years ago. It's an ultimate cheat snake business ever! Like wow... Way to go you guys, way to go...

The worst - have tried 4 times to pay for airline tickets on Air Asia. Just a spinning wheel - doesn't time out; no error message; no 'pls try again later' - just a spinning wheel for like 10 mins each time. Why do any companies even deal with these people?

Adyen has worst KYC process ever
Adyen has worst KYC process ever! They tend to be smart for kyc process, using of AI but in fact just collecting people data and keep rejecting KYC process. This happened to me for KYC process for Vinted which handled by Adyen. Adyen, people use human logic too in your KYC process, you cannot just automatize everything.
