The recommendation to use your company came from my computor tech who is Matt from AAA rescue. His attention to detail was massive. When I rang in the order all information required was at hand. Order process went well. Great communication from Aftershock. Delivery was one day early. Very quick. Have not opened box yet as installation not until tomorrow.

Great supplies included in case for later alterations and upgrades. Great packaging, computer runs great. Only not sure what the led button is doing or meant to do.

My first pc I’ve brought and it’s amazing able to play most games with ultra graphics with very high fps

Whilst I acknowledge that the order required a build time I was kept generally informed and updated and my computer arrived on time.

I purchased an AMD CREATOR prebuilt PC.
My experience dealing with Aftershock staff was very productive and they were helpful with any queries I had.
Response time was quick.
As was the process from purchase to delivery.
The PC was packaged professionally.
And everything has started and worked great.
Very happy with experience and purchase.

Update:
Since the review, I wanted to mention I unfortunately did have some crashes with the PC. However I also want to mention the support from Aftershock has been very good. In the end they organised Express post return, found the issue, replaced faulty parts.
Yes, not ideal from a new PC purchase but I am very pleased with the support to resolve the issue.

The staff are honest, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions you have. Their service is top-notch, and I’m really happy with my gaming rig purchase. I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Bought the Zen build, it’s gorgeous btw. Other than some minor panic at the cables and bits that came with it (they’re spare parts thank god, Im a newbie at this pls, I got my tech mates advice), it was all set up and ready to go!
I spent a lot on some pricey bits to go with it, and so far it’s worth the extra send with how smooth it runs.

Very good customer communication. Jackson Wood in particular was very communicative and went above and beyond what u would expect of customer support from most companies. After making the swap from Scorptec to Aftershock, it was my experience with him that is making me feel I made the right choice.

I wasn’t expecting the delivery to be so quick. My pc arrived with so much protective packaging, organised bags for the extra cables and unscathed. I have received so many compliments already on how good it looks and everyone has been so impressed with the quality and amazing set up for such a cheap price. I originally wanted to build my own pc for about the same price, but it wouldn’t have even come close to how incredible this pc is. 1000% recommend!!

Customer service was amazing, answering any questions I had, PC arrived and it is amazing

If you want pc from them, better don’t custom your own it will take around a month to come.
