Delivery delays

Overall the customer service is not very good. I purchased a Thule Chariot with their promotion, they don’t mention anything before the transaction and minutes after, you receive an email stating it will take 15-30 open days before shipping. I have now been waiting for almost a month… contacted customer service they say it is normal. Same thing happened with a car seat. They should be more transparent regarding their delivery delays. The most frustrating thing is that you keep seeing promotion on those products. If you don’t have any in stock… stop the marketing on it!

Not a good experience with customer service and have a hard time getting a refund

Not a good experience with customer service:

1. After we payed they told us that they forgot to mention that they don't have a delivery service and we have to pick up the furniture at their warehouse. Since it was a big piece of furniture, I think, it should of been disclose before we bought it.

2. We made sure we chose a product that would be delivered before the due date. They told us that the delivery delay would be 6-8 weeks, called us 4 weeks later after the purchase to tell us that what we ordered is now an additional 20 weeks since the color that we chose is a "special" order.
The woman on the phone was nice at first, but when I asked for more explanation she became rude and defensive quickly.

I am having a hard time getting a refund for the piece of furniture they won't be able to deliver in time. They keep saying that it will come within 24h-48h or they will contact me. It's been 8 business days and still no refund. If you look at the most recent reviews, I am not the only one having a hard time with delivery, refund or the customer service experience.

This store was recommended, but surely I won't do the same. Really disappointed.
