Called them on March 30 after I had a positive covid test to cancel my WestJet flight. They charged me 150.00 dollars to CANCEL my flight. the fight was never canceled and am out 567.00 dollars!!!! and futher more they insit that I have 750, dollar Credit that neither the airline or the Travel agent can find, stay away from them they scam artist!!!!

Definitely a scam. Our flight was cancelled. When we googled the customer support number for air Canada this number came up. They are not associated with the airlines despite saying they were originally. Almost lost $900, fortunately they sent a confirmation email and we saw it looked totally like a scam. No airline logo, no official anything, just their own email.

This company is a scam! Do not do business with this company. They lied and misrepresented who they were.
I was trying to reach the customer service dept of an airline my dad had booked a flight with in order to obtain a refund as the flight had been cancelled (by the airlines). They pretended to be the airline. This company said I could not have a refund but I could rebook for a fee. I declined and tried again to contact the airline directly and waited hours and hours trying to reach them as I was suspicious of the people I was talking to at this point. I spoke to someone directly at the airline who said they feared that this company is going to scam me out of money/identity.

Stay away from this company as far as you can they scan me last week for $3979,00 never got confirmation or plane tickets. Scam starts by offering you a low rate to book your ticket and come back and say that plane is not available but they can offer you something else and then they start building the fees they'll keep you on the line while passing on your credit card so at this point even if you advise your credit company the money is already taken out

HUGE SCAM.
Like the other reviews, we experienced them keeping us on the phone thinking they were the airline themself. Throughout almost the entire exchange and talking to 3 different people did they not try to clarify that they were NOT the airline we were trying to talk to and only until they were confronted did their entire attitude change. We wanted to reserve a spot for our dog on our upcoming trip and they said it would be 5 times the price of what the airline stated it would be. They said it was because it was the last spot and they increase the price per pet booked. We asked if it would be the same price on the return flight and they said yes. So we would have been spending 10 times the amount stated by the actual airline. Then we asked if it would be possible to seat us altogether as only certain seats can accommodate pets. They also didn't mention that there would be an additional cost to do us until after spending quite a bit of time for them to do so. It was only soon after that we realized we were not speaking directly to the airline and when we confronted them about it they became very rude and hung up immediately the moment we got confirmation that they canceled the charges.

The reviews here are very accurate. This is a scam, they pretend to be the airline you meant to call then keep you on the phone. The person I talked to actually lied to me and said I should confirm with payment with him immediately as there were only two seats left on the flight. This was when I questioned the price being so much higher than what was showing online. The flight was less than half booked! The rep started to get very rude when I kept questioning him. If you fall for their scam you will receive two transactions on your card, one for the actual airline and one for their company. Avoid these guys at all costs. They also represent themselves as faresbooker.com.

I Spoke with one of the agent and that guy was so helpful. I wanted to change my date but because i booked through a travel agency and that agency was not in operation now so I couldn't change my date. I tried calling Airline but they keep on saying i have to talk to my Travel Agency. I really appreciate their work as they help me change my travel date and now i can take my flight.

This is a complete scam . They pretend to be an airline and then charge you excess fees and book your tickets

This website is a scam. They tried to make me pay 800 dollars for a flight that was originally only 445 on the jetblue website. The agent continued to call my personal phone until I still agreed to pay 545 u.s. dollars because they lied and told me it was the last seat on the flight .I cant believe how deceitful this agent was. I explained I saw a flight on line for 445 and he insisted the flights were as high as 1,000 dollars. I am a fool for falling for this. He should of informed me this was a 2nd party booking agency and not Jet blue customer service I was speaking with directly

Scam artists. Tried to trick my elderly mom to pay $700 USD to change the date of her flight. It was only a $30 CND charge with the proper travel agency! Lucky she caught on on time.
