I dislake the price of the shipment. First time was lgs 38,00 at the end of the order it was of 62,00. The explain of your customer service was'nt satisfy.

Delivery date not met
Bag was not picked up 2 days in a row. My friend had to go deliver it to a dropoff place and it did not arrive in 1-2 business days. I left the country where it was supposed to arrive days before it actually arrived. Now I have to ship it again.

Absolutely AMAZING experience from Airoluggage
Absolutely AMAZING experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this company. They moved two pieces of luggage from London to Abu Dhabi for me in a matter of days! Their communication and customer service was excellent, they collected the bags and safely delivered them to our location. I will most definitely use them again. Really great! Thank you!
3rd experience - getting worse
used this service for the 3rd time. (1st time was great, 2nd, mediocre, 3rd not good)
Pick up was a day late, then took 2 days for the case to arrive (Scotland to Sussex)
no communication to advise on the delayed collection. Definitely not a "next day" delivery service.
Concept of this is great, but clearly cannot rely on collection and delivery timescales, so need to plan accordingly.
Once a collection is booked you can't change your preferred addresses, if the couriers don't collect on the scheduled date, or don't deliver when you hope to receive it.

⚠️ Hidden Fees & Misleading Customer Service — Avoid AiroLuggage 🚫📦
I found AiroLuggage’s pricing to be very unclear. I originally wanted to modify my order by adding one more piece of luggage, so I contacted customer service to ask whether I should cancel the existing order and place a new one, or simply create an additional order. The agent told me that cancelling and reordering would be fine and that I would receive a refund. However, they never mentioned that an administrative fee would be charged for the cancellation.
If I had known about this fee beforehand, I would never have cancelled and reordered. I feel this company is not being honest or transparent with customers.
Also, they are simply using FedEx to ship the luggage. Honestly, customers can just go directly to FedEx, fill in the shipping details themselves, and avoid paying extra for AiroLuggage as a middleman.
I would recommend others avoid this company.

Everything was as smooth as it could be: I was given a quotation online with date of pick up and delivery, given instructions on how to finalize my order, clear communication online on where I was with my order, clear communication when order was accepted and delivery on the date that it was promised with my luggage properly taken care of with everything inside. I was at first very suspect about using Airoluggage due to a very recent attempt to have my luggage returned from Germany which ended in total disaster from start to finish, there was a few moments when anxiety grew on a couple of occasions but John in customer services reassured me along the journey which was extremely pleasing to have someone explaining everything to you, so you are not left in the dark

Dis not deliver on due date. We could not access a way to change to a new delivery address that would have worked on the new delivery day. Also, we have not been informed when the lugagge was pickles up. We have to insist. Your personnel forgot to send us the email.
