Lost my bag in New York and it was only found after I had returned to UK. I struggled to arrange shipping then found Airoluggage who were a huge help from my initial questions though to guiding me through the process and regular updates. Every time I had a query they looked into it and responded promptly. Great customer service.

Hopefully I don’t lose my bag overseas again, but if I do I’ll definitely use Airoluggage to ship my bag back…….

Service is very quick, there was a small hiccup on both sides and they solved it professionally and efficiently

I booked and paid close to 140 pounds. On the first day, nobody showed up to collect the package. No explanation given. When I contacted them, I was told they would collect the next day, no explanation, no apology. They collected. Delivery was promised within 3-4 days. On the 5th day I contacted them, was told that if I wanted them to arrive within the time they promised, I should have contracted the express service. So their estimates mean nothing. My package never arrived, I went through over 2 months of excuses and questions before they admitted that my two pairs of skis were lost. I was then told that the loss was my fault for not paying for the insurance. No apology. Not even an offer to refund the original payment, so their compensation offer effectively covers the original payment, there was no delivery and the items are lost They don't actually provide the service, they act as a middle man for shipment companies who actually do the work. So you are then left without a direct contact with the company that has actually shipped your belongings. In their defence, emails generally (but not always) get answered quickly, even if it a lie or a stall. But you would be better off contracting with the actual provider. A lack of insurance does not excuse not even refunding the payment for service that was not provided (i.e. delivery of the shipment) or a basic apology.

A reply to their reply. They offered me 19 pounds, because they still think they are entitled to payment for the service, which I understood to be door to door delivery. The delivery never occurred. I did not accept because it is insulting.

Great experience with Airoluggage. The service was efficient, reliable and easy to use. I made a mistake with my booking, but the team resolved it quickly. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend!

AiroLuggage were amazing when our suitcases somehow ended up in Thailand without us! They were helpful ae every stage - before we booked, once the luggage was collected and throughout the journey. They were able to give daily updates via whatsapp, which made them very user friendly.

I have never experienced such outstanding service—calm, reassuring, and highly professional—in handling the transport of my lost baggage.

I was forced to leave the Middle East urgently due to the outbreak of war and had to board a military evacuation flight, leaving my suitcase behind at the hotel. Recovering it felt nearly impossible, as the hotel was unresponsive, calls were redirected to automated systems, and communication was difficult due to language barriers.

From the moment I contacted Airoluggage, their team provided constant support and reassurance. They managed to reach me via WhatsApp messages, and both FedEx and Airoluggage stayed in touch through this channel. Airoluggage closely monitored my situation, regularly following up with FedEx on my behalf, sending emails, and guiding me step by step on what to do.

Although my luggage was initially scheduled for standard (non-express) shipping, the team went above and beyond. Due to the country’s operational restrictions—where only express services were functioning—they successfully arranged for my suitcase to be transported on a FedEx express cargo flight to England.

They also supported me in contacting FedEx directly to explain my situation. As I had no access to a printer or a local phone number, the usual procedures could not be followed. Despite this, they helped coordinate a solution, and FedEx kindly rearranged the collection under these exceptional circumstances.

I am truly grateful for their dedication, flexibility, and compassion. Thank you so much for turning a very difficult situation into a positive experience.

I am shocked by how this company has so many positive reviews. I paid for speedy delivery, with an estimate of arriving Tuesday morning, it is now Friday and still no bag. Everyday the WhatsApp customer service has told me it will arrive that day. I have gone out of my way to be home to collect it, and no bag. Then they blame fedex. This entire company feels like a complete third party scam. Do not use under any circumstances.

They are lying in the comment about paperwork below. I have screenshots of them telling me the paper work was fine, and there was no mistake

My parcel was picked up at the scheduled time and it was delivered at the scheduled time . Parcel was intact on delivery. Customer service was also perfect.

I used Airoluggage to get a lost suitcase shipped back to the UK. They were excellent throughout - proactive with DHL, prevented a return-to-sender, chased DHL when things stalled, and helped get the duties/taxes issue resolved. Communication was the best part: quick, clear replies on WhatsApp and easy to reach whenever I needed an update. Would absolutely use them again.

I recently relocated from the UK to Australia and used AiroLuggage to courier two 30kg suitcases. I was slightly sceptical at first as they were one of the most competitively priced options on the market, but the service genuinely exceeded expectations.

The suitcases were collected last Monday in England and delivered exactly one week later in Australia, which is extremely impressive for international shipping of that weight.

The process was straightforward from start to finish. Even the customs paperwork was largely pre-completed for me – I only needed to review, sign and add a few small details. It removed a lot of stress at a time when I was already juggling a relocation.

They also provide a 24-hour WhatsApp contact number. Every time I messaged, they responded quickly, were polite and kept me well informed throughout. That level of accessibility and communication made a big difference.

Everything arrived quickly and intact! We send 18 boxes of various sizes, 3 suitcases, large golf bag with clubs and cart and some large artwork. Great customer support when I had questions about the order and various customs issues. Would highly recommend.

They usually reply quick for any questions and their price is quite good, much cheaper than others. All the process was fast.
Only con was they sent the labels last minute.
But still I’d repeat.

Prompt reply on WhatsApp about the service. They managed to get me updates about the pickup .
Follow up taken on the delivery also.
Always check with them how the collection is going to work they have multiple collection partners to avoid any last minute hassle.

Struggled to get my items over to Dubai due to sizing requirements, but this was handled with extreme professionalism, timing and precision.
