I booked a ticket with airpaz last night and it’s been more than 12hours and I’m still not receding any information.I called the to check the status but they said have to wait for more time.

This is really bad ! I don’t recommend this platform to anyone.

They used a tactic called bait and…

They used a tactic called bait and switch! Booked a ticket from jogakarta to bali! Cost about 1.115,000 RP's once they got my credit card information they raised the price about $22 U.S.! I complainted to them and they said the I booked with was no longer available etc....! A long AI answer! Clearly avoid them!

This is a biggest fraud company they…

This is a biggest fraud company they took our money and never provided us the air tickets. They are fraud and just looting innocent people. They should be reported .

Airpaz is AIR SCUZZ ! A week before our flight my partners…

A week before our flight my partners father died. The booked flight tickets had to be canceled. I had booked 5 tickets.
I went straight online and the chat person said they could refund it (didn’t say what amount) if we could obtain the death certificate. We were able to do that the same afternoon. Then they said we require birth certificates of all parties. Everyone had one except for myself as im from overseas travelling and my ID was passport and license. They let that slide.
I had paid for insurance to protect our booking. However, it was only for baggage they said - if you read the fine print. Even though at the time it came straight after the tix purchase and said to protect the booking. As we still wanted to make the trip I tried to get them to make the booking for a later month. Everything was blocked. They had no intention of honouring terms of the ticket and allowing us any terms or room for compensation.
They just stole $880 AUD.
This is not then a safe or reputable airline. I am glad in a way not to fly as im sure it’s very unsafe and totally unreliable.
Airpaz are THIEVES! Don’t fly with them. They should lose their licence.
I work in the airline industry and will follow this up with some corporate influencers. Their lack of regard for people’s circumstances is cruel and very greedy.

Almost 10% fee for paying with credit card…

Almost 10% fee for paying with credit card. That's insane. Like 1-3% I get. But this is absurd.

UPDATE: They write this comment so it looks like they want to make things right. They don't. The email linked to this TrustPilot account is the same that I used for my order. So what they clame is false. I can't respond to their review since they didn't ask for more information. And on their site, they only use an AI chatbot. There is no real person available. So while it sounds like they want to help, they do 0 in reality. Please read all the reviews here before you decide to use this service.

WARNING: They don't tell you about the 10% credit card fee till the last moment. They first want you to be invested. Pick your flights and plan. And at the last moment, they add a 10% fee on top (they don't mention this anywhere in the beginning).

This is not an agency, they are scammers

I wish I have read the reviews prior to booking through Airpaz. They cancelled BOTH booked flights, did not offer anything at least reasonable instead, totally disrupting our travel plans and, when I asked for refund, they issued their useless voucher (which expires 20 October 2026 08:00 (GMT+8)!!!) - as if I ever will book with them after this experience. Reading the reviews, I did not even try to reach any customer service - I have reached them once, when they canceled our first flight and did not issue new tickets until I called. Never ever use Airpaz.

Deceptive and misleading pricing practices

AVOID! Deceptive and misleading pricing practices that are illegal. How is it possible to have a 200% tax and also a $100+ processing fee? This is not disclosed. Also, their "refund" process does not work. They will just keep sending you down this broken path and not refund your money. This is a scam, buyer beware, it is shocking this company is still allowed to operate.

Do not book!!!

Please refrain from any interactions with this company, it’s a legit scam! I’ve booked a refundable flight through Airpaz, cancelled the same day I’ve purchased, and didn’t get any refund! 100% scam! All customers should go class action lawsuit and I’m sure were would bring this scammer down!

This would have to be the worst online booking experience I’ve ever encountered.

I had a simple two flights to book with Batik air ID Indonesia which included 20kg checked baggage but unbeknownst to me the ‘matched return’ flight is with Batik Air MY - Malaysia and does not include the 20kg checked baggage. Same bloody airline just a different code!!!Tried to use the chat bot… no joy.

Gave up and just paid for extra baggage at a rip off price but then they take a payment at a certain price and after ask for more $ after.

24 emails later and more out of pocket. With so called refunds pending.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. Don't trust this booking site. They will make your life difficult. It seems they make the process of changing your booked flight difficult so you will end up giving the amount to them.....They will email you that you can change the booking at 4AM when you are sound asleep???? Is this fair????

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They cancelled the flight and they won’t give me full refund. Furthermore, the refund amount approved which is half of what I paid, is only in a voucher form. Trying to speak to them through all available channels with no reply from a real human representative. Very frustrated and angry. I will never use this company again. stay away!

Very disappointing ticketing process and poor support

I booked a ticket via Airpaz (Booking Code: 1032562335) and completed the payment successfully. I received a booking code and PIN number, and the system informed me that the ticketing process would be completed within 2 hours.

However, after waiting, I only saw a warning message:
"Attention! Ticketing process takes more time due to various reasons. Please wait or contact us for any inquiries."

I contacted Airpaz support several times (2 times via chat, 2 times via email, and even once by phone). The only response I received was: "Rest assured, your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address as soon as the booking is confirmed."

Despite this, many hours have passed and I still haven’t received my e-ticket. This situation creates uncertainty and stress, especially when travel plans are time-sensitive.

If the ticket cannot be issued, I expect an immediate refund without any delay. Customers deserve clarity, timely service, and transparent communication – unfortunately, Airpaz failed to deliver on these points.

Unfair refund policy

I booked a flight with them that was marked as refundable. Once i initialized a refund it was processed in a form of a voucher with significant reduction in price. A customer can use a voucher only to book another flight with them.
finally, they applied 480EUR worth voucher to 66.5EUR worth flight. all of it. forfeited.
found airpaz support on this number +62 2166601066. they are saying it is in accordance with terms & conditions.
As for me, these terms & conditions worth to stay away of their services.

Do not use this OTA this is the worst…

Do not use this OTA this is the worst OTA it is evidence through their online review that this is a very bad and untrustworthy company. We booked a flight through them and two times they displayed and email us the wrong flight time. Luckily, we entered the flight number online on flightradar and check as the flight displayed online was different than the time given in the email by Airpaz. We have also tried to inquire about the price for additional package, but to no avail, they are totally unhelpful and useless.

Terrible experience with Airpaz

Terrible experience with Airpaz. I had to cancel my trip for medical reasons and they asked me for a doctor’s letter, which I provided after weeks of effort. In the end, they just told me the airline refused the refund.

If they had actually checked with the airline at the start and given me the right information, I could have done something about it. Customer service was slow and unhelpful I lost both my money and time.

Don’t buy anything from here. I strongly advise booking directly with the airline instead.

Scammers

Absolute scanners took my money left me waiting seven hours so rebooked a ticket with another airline email them told them I'd read book the ticket and not to book the ticket two minutes later they send me a ticket

I made the mistake of booking with them…

I made the mistake of booking with them instead of directly with Batik airways. Unfortunately l couldn't select my seats, need to get due to a medical condition. When l contacted them they were nt able to assist. Will not book with them again.
