Excellent communication and delivery tracking system. Sofa was carefully delivered in the advised time slot by efficient and pleasant delivery men and placed in the room of choice as requested.

A good delivery experience
The delivery guys listened to where we wanted them to deliver the bed, where within the room we wanted them to place the flat packs and took away our old bed as requested. They did this very quickly and without issue. The bedroom was on the second floor.
They came about an hour before the delivery slot, but fortunately that wasn't a problem for us.

One of the most stressful and unprofessional delivery services I have ever received. Took two calls to talk the drivers in to find my address and than refused to take the matress to the bedroom, which I’m sure I paid for, stating it wasn’t their job. I’m now stuck to do this myself on my own. Do not recommend

Really good delivery lads....
The 2 lads that delivered my new mattress even took it up to the landing for me. They also took back the mattress that needed collecting.
They were polite and jovial and quite hardworking, the mattresses are no light weight item.
I was kept informed about the delivery including that they were running a bit late, although did turn up within the time I was initially given. Well done guys.
