Nice guys who did what they had to with a smile on their faces

All good apart from taking the rubbish with them

Extremely Disappointing Service

An item worth over £100 was delivered to the wrong address and left unattended without obtaining a signature. I had to contact customer service, track down the delivery driver myself, and drive halfway to meet them to recover my package.

To make matters worse, the two-person delivery team was unprofessional. The passenger in the delivery van was rude, complaining that my actual location was an eight-minute drive from the pin shown on their map. Apparently, the delivery app provided by AIT was displaying the incorrect coordinates, but taking that frustration out on the customer is unacceptable.

Excellent. Up to date information about date & time of delivery. Great service from the delivery team.

I received the item in great condition from friendly staff. The delivery was later than first disclosed but I received emails informing me it would be a couple of hours late and I received a phone call from the staff about 20 mins before they were going arrive at my house. Shame about the delay but was glad to be kept in the loop. Good service.

Delivered on time carried the parcel to where I wanted.

1st time having anything delivered to me by AIT, was notified the night before that they were going to deliver the next day and gave me a time slot. Received message when driver was out with the delivery and where I was in his deliveries. The driver rang me to let me know I was his next delivery and was 45 minutes away. He turned up exactly on time. Very happy with the service they provided, thank you.

The delivery was quick and efficient, and the two guys were very polite.

Delivered well with no issues. Shame the delivery drivers did not seem to use the what 3 words and delivery notes. Otherwise they would have stopped at the right gate first time.

On time and brought it into the house.

I was at work, so left a note on my front door for the guys to get access from my next door neighbour in order for them to deliver the small sofa bed I ordered. They did this, and also very kindly put the box outside the bedroom that it was due to be put inside, saving me having to lift it through my home. Great service and much appreciated.

Delivered as promised, with good updates and courteous delivery men.
