Delivery drivers very unhelpful very scruffy in dress code
When assembling bed parts were missing so needed to return

The two delivery men worked around a problem with my cold water supply. The shut off tap would not close, but by turning off the house water supply and some careful work they were able to install my new washing machine.

I was kept informed about the delivery status and the gentleman who delivered were polite.

Poor, not really a delivery service more kerbside drop. I greeted with not good morning but “it’s not going up there”. Delivery people not interested in making the delivery one little bit. It items were garden furniture, they go in the garden it’s not going to be stright forward but others delivery companies do it no problem. If you’re offering a delivery service then please deliver don’t hide behind company policy.

Good up front communication advising delivery date and time etc.On day of delivery it was very poor. I had very heavy SGS garage cabinets delivered which the website said would be 3 man job to include unpacking and removal of all packaging. Shambles. 3 men staggered to lift equipment off van, they said not employed to unpack. Left with wooden pallets, cardboard and polystyrene packaging. Do not use AIT services.

First time of us using this company, they kept us informed in every aspect of the day of delivery to the actual delivery. The gentleman that brought our delivery to our house, were very polite and they also put it into a room of our choice

Delivery was on time with a call 5 minutes ahead to confirm arrival. The driver and his colleague were polite, respectful and moved the large and heavy items carefully. If only all deliveries could be like this!

Everything was going smoothly up until the window of delivery. I was informed when you received my item and this was communicated to me clearly. My window of delivery was also made clear. Similarly I did receive a call to inform me of an approximate delivery time within the hour, however 20 minutes or so later I received a message to inform me that delivery was unsuccessful because 'I wasn't in', which clearly wasn't accurate. I presume the driver might have gone to a different address. I tried phoning the driver but couldn't reach him, in the end I had to phone customer service. Luckily the lady managed to contact the driver and my fridge freezer was delivered. Delivery was perfect and driver and his colleague were excellent in unpacking the item and situated it in the desired location. It is a shame really, bar the issue with the last communication Everything was perfect.

Appalled by AIT Home delivery Service. My bed delivery was confirmed for Saturday, then delayed to Sunday at 9pm Saturday night. To ensure delivery today, I agreed to remove the assembly service I paid for. I was promised a 7am–9am slot sunday.I woke up at 6am after sleeping on the floor AGAIN , only to get a message saying it's NOT coming. Now I'm told to wait up to 48 hours just for an update.I have severe back problems and am now left in physical pain with no bed. This is an absolute nightmare. I need a manager to call me IMMEDIATELY to resolve this. Order ref: 99165

Great communication throughout. Regular updates on delivery slot. Driver’s name provided ahead of delivery date. Driver telephoned 20 minutes before delivery. Overall a first class service. 5 stars.

Excellent delivery service.
Text, emails and a phone call on the run up to the delivery to keep me informed of the time slot for the delivery.
Arrived on time and delivered the large and heavy item into our hallway in a friendly, polite and professional manner.

Received an email saying delivery between 12:05 to 14:05. I Scheduled myself accordingly. Driver rang around 10:30 saying I’ll be there in half an hour! I requested him to come after 11:30 so I can reach home from where I was. He rang around 11 saying I am here! Had no choice but to ask him to leave boxes outside in rainy day. Poor communication and no understanding of situation and misleading email of delivery.
