Worse service I have ever experienced
Worse service I have ever experienced. Delivery & assembly of a bed. 1st I asked them to take off their boots to go up the carpeted stairs which they didn’t do. They then refused to take the mattress upstairs. I waited downstairs, after half an hour they came down, walked past me and left without a word, not even saying goodbye never mind asking me to come & check the work! When I did go up to look they’d left a bracket on the floor which was to help hold the ottoman part together so I had to put that on myself. I called the Company who told me the guys would come back. Surprise, surprise they didn’t! I would never deal with or ever recommend this Company

The delivery was easy
The delivery was easy and the handover very quick. I didn't have to do anything but open the door and point to the room. The guys who came were lovely. Would definitely use again.
Only one small issue which was that I would have appreciated a little bit more notice of the actual time of arrival, but I did receive a message with an approximate window so it wasnt a bit deal.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication from the minute the order was placed, until the phone call on the day from the delivery driver saying he will be with me as I had been told the night before via email, between 9-10am.
They followed my delivery instructions to the tee, and we all enjoyed a laugh as they delivered a very heavy item to my garage.

Not service that was paid for
Paid for delivery of a double bed to a room of choice but they didn't even ask which room, they dumped package in the communal hallway and ran before I even had a chance to say something.

Can't fault the two guys who delivered our mattress, phone call to let me know how long the would be, and on arrival carefully taken upstairs to the bedroom, very polite. Also emails to confirm when delivery would be. Great service all round. Thank you
