Great, received notifications/ updates, delivery was whithin the time frame, also received a phone call when they nearby.

Very good communication from the driver, letting me know what time he would be there, delivered on time as specified.

Rescheduled the delivery as I wouldn’t be home. It was delivered anyway on the original day & left on my driveway in the open.
Luckily it wasn’t stolen. £2300 e bike! In a huge carton marked decathlon. On opening box when I got home the bike was damaged.
Delivery company sorry but unhelpful “contact decathlon “. Ha! Easier said than done. Automated responses & chatbots. It’s a work in progress & decathlon might as well be on the moon.

Friendly and helpful

Thay had to ring me because they couldn't find the address they where polite but spoke very little English they didn't check the delivery that everything ordered was right and in working order.

Waiting in all day for the delivery time. They were 2 hours late and arrived after I would have got home from work anyway. No one called to let me know, no apology from the driver. Very unprofessional.

Great delivery. They kept me informed along the way so I could view where they were. The delivery men were very polite and efficient.

Great updates along the way, and able to follow the van on map is a massive help. Delivery drivers were lovely, and delivered bed to our chosen room with no problems at all.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The bed was delivered without the mattress, and I was only informed about this after the bed had already been assembled. This is something that should have been checked and communicated before delivery and assembly.

What is even more frustrating is that, despite the company’s mistake, customer service did not make any effort to prioritise the mattress delivery or resolve the issue urgently. I am now being told that I have to wait another three days for the mattress.

This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. The least I expected was for the company to take responsibility for its mistake and prioritise putting it right. Unfortunately, the customer service has been very disappointing and shows little regard for the customer’s time or inconvenience.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Really happy with the delivery service. I was kept updated throughout, which was really helpful, and although the delivery was a little later than originally expected, everything went smoothly. The bed frame arrived in perfect condition and the delivery guys were absolutely brilliant — friendly, helpful and professional. They brought it up in the lift and placed it safely in my hallway. Really appreciated the great service!
