Excellent overall
Excellent overall. The tracking was great, and they called 35 minutes before arriving, and took their time constructing the bed frame which I'd paid for, and did a great job! Very polite and tidy as well.

Absolutely disgrace
Absolutely disgrace, When I purchased the refrigerator, I explicitly paid for both installation and recycling. However, when it was delivered, the delivery person refused to provide either installation or recycle, claiming that these were matters between the company and a third party and that his only responsibility was delivery.
This is absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional. They have shown a total lack of professionalism and basic work ethic.
