Delivery was good.
Delivery was good.
We had notification on the day of delivery of expected time and a phone call an hour before the two men arrived.
This gave us plenty of time to get the space ready for the delivery of the new washing machine.
Brilliant service, Thank you

Succeeded where other deliveries failed
We live in a really difficult to access location. We contacted the company on live chat beforehand and got a real person not AI and they took all the info and ensured it got to the driver and gave us the number of the driver when we asked for it.
It is rare that a delivery company make it to our house without getting lost or having to change route due to the narrowness and steepness of the roads. This team got it right first time. Perfect delivery
Thank you and compliments to the team.

NEVER RECOMMEND AIT AS A DELIVERY FIRM
Would never recommend this delivery firm.
They have dump and run. No email or text to confirm delivery, voice mail in the Indian Language. Leave delivery out in the open to be stolen. This is the best bit, was informed one of the drivers spent his entire time grooming/prunining his moustash. Had not been for a neighbour letting me know that a delivery had taken place there goods would have disappeared.

Collapsible outdoor Storage Box
From time of order despatch I was given tracking information which was updated by email until the order was delivered.
The foldaway storage box was fairly easy to put together (I am an 82 year old female) and was exactly what I needed for winter storage of outdoor chairs and cushions.
I would highly recommend the company and the item
