Very disappointed in the company
Very disappointed in the company. The delivery men couldn't be less helpful or willing to listen to any instructions to help them to do their job. We ultimately didn't have them do what they had been paid to do as they were too difficult to deal with.

Tracking online was easy to use but…
Tracking online was easy to use but ended up not being very accurate. We were advised of a 2 hour window but the driver went past our address and looked like they went to the next one instead. Ended up being over half hour later than advised so that was shame as everything else was good
