The 2 guys that delivered were very polite and helpful, 1 of the guys could hardly lift the sofa over my handles on my door , my husband had to help, but if they had opened the box outside they could have lifted the sofa out as it came in parts this would have helped them get n lifting, the box was covered in black dust and I mean black dust, I had to wipe the box’s before we opened th m.
