Very inaccurate delivery times given …
The delivery itself was fine but time slots given were totally incorrect. I made sure I was up and available for a delivery between 7.58 and 9.58. Then I received email to say the delivery was running 1.5 hrs late (so expected it by 11.30). It turned up at 1.49pm! I have no problem with the delivery crew, they were pleasant and apologetic but had to come from Enfield with other drops on the way. I would suggest that whoever/whatever system is sorting delivery times is changed quickly to be more accurate.

Very disappointed with the delivery service
Unfortunately, my experience with the delivery service was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
On multiple occasions, I received confirmation emails stating that my item would be delivered. I made myself available for the scheduled deliveries, including cancelling other appointments, only for the delivery to be cancelled on the day. This happened more than once, meaning I repeatedly rearranged my plans without receiving the item.
On one occasion, the item was taken to the wrong address. I kindly asked the driver to bring it to my actual address , but the driver refused. I then contacted the delivery company directly and explained the situation. I was assured that the address would be changed in the system and that the item would be delivered to the correct address.
I was told the item would be delivered just two days later, but that did not happen. Eventually, around three weeks later, another delivery was arranged — only for exactly the same problem to happen again. The address in the system had still not been corrected, despite me having previously contacted the company and being told that it had been updated.
Once again, the driver refused to deliver the item to my correct address.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. The issue was not simply a delay; it was repeated cancellations, incorrect address information that was supposedly corrected but wasn’t, and drivers refusing to resolve an issue that I had already raised with the company.
I would expect much better communication, organisation and customer service from a delivery company. The amount of time and inconvenience this caused was completely unacceptable.

Rushed delivery
2 men turned up to deliver mattress & take away old one. Were on a phone call to someone else when I answered door & they wandered off to speak to take that call so I was left in open doorway stood waiting for them to finish. They rushed getting new mattress in & took no care - knocked picture off wall which broke frame. Really rushed job. One man took old mattress away on his own downstairs & again there was no care taken, scraped all along walls etc. While he did this the other man asked me to confirm to someone on phone the job was done & repeatedly asked for them to mark job as Green on system. Clearly rushing to get jobs done & marked off & not taking care of peoples property.

The delivery ap was updated constantly and we had a call from the delivery team 30.mins before and the guys arrived. Friendly team and careful and happy chaps. Thanks for a nice quick and helpful service and fast but great delivery. The bed is up and son is happy. A few minor marks on the panels in places but otherwise nice product.

I did have a message explaining the delay but the delivery was nearly 4 hours later than expected. I was slightly worried when I was told it was a washing machine and relieved when it was the fridge freezer I was expecting.
After the way it was roughly man handled into the house I just hope it works when it is fitted in my new kitchen!
