Delivery drivers refused to take the parcel (a bath) to the bathroom because it's upstairs.. I now have a bath in the living room. The company are sending someone back out again to move this for me a week later; not ideal but hopefully gets sorted.

Tank and Viky offered excellent, friendly service. Ensured the sofa was assembled, despite the somewhat awkward design of the fittings. Called ahead to inform the delivery would be slightly early, which was also welcomed bonus.

We ordered Wednesday 19th and it was delivered the following day, the delivery person was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Can’t complain and definitely recommend service! When we purchased it, delivery was scheduled for Sunday 24th August, but we ordered on Wednesday 19th and it was delivered the very next day!

Why bother giving a delivery timeslot?
Delivery was 90 minutes later than the confirmed 2hr timeslot given by the company.
And no communication to let me know they would be so late. Unimpressed.

A delivery which I was dreading turned out to be pleasant experience
Two very able and helpful delivery drivers delivered a new mattress unwrapped the packaging in order to wrap the returned mattress and took the new item into the bedroom for me . I was very pleased with the delivery outcome which I had been dreading and all ended happily
