This is company is nothing But thieves, I order a Selenite Fire Place Sculpture back in January. I have send 3 emails, always the same excuse blaming covid.
Now I'm going to file a complaint with my bank, hopefully I will get my money back I wish there was something we could do so they don't trick anyone else again. and I give them one star because there is not a ZERO available.

I ordered two Amethyst trees. 1/31/2021 & 2/7/21. $49 each. I emailed the company after 30 days of nothing. I received a response saying due to covid they were short staffed and once its cleared. Ups will deliver. I said I sure hope so. Then on 3/1 3/5 and 3/12 I got same same replies. I emailed again today, pasted both order numbers with a not so happy message. I also noticed the website now says not taking more orders. I feel upset! These were gifts for my moms birthday thats passed and my ill grandmother whom I wanted to cheer up! Now its nearly 3 months and $100 paid for something I haven't received.

I see now that I failed to vet this company properly before purchasing. I was excited to order the fireplace insert for $50, received a confirmation email with tracking, then the tracking link stopped working. Two emails to the company with no response. That was two months ago. I've been robbed.
