Placed an order January 30th for a Valentine's Day gift. Wrote an inquiry a few days before Valentine's to see if I could track the order and never recieved a response or refund. The website is no longer active. I tried reaching out again and am still hoping to hear from this merchant. I am very disappointed.

This is a scam merchant. Saw an ad through Facebook ad placement. The product never came. Never replied to requests for refund or answer questions of where is the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT

Sounds like everybody had the same experience. I got robbed $50. Learned my lesson not to trust FB ads. Thieves. I hate thieves. My bank will know about this mofo and they might trace back to this f (probably not, banking industry will just write it off as a loss and the thief knows that), Alan, supposedly. He will be banned. Likely switches bank accounts and screen names weekly because he (likely an imaginery name) is a THIEF! I'd love to meet this punk in an alley. Don't order through FB ads, these aholes are out there...

Really, 0 stars. Scam site that isn't even up anymore on website. Filed a claim with my bank but who knows if I'll get my money back. Emails just return with some generic email. Complete scam. So pissed I fell for it 😤

Never received fireplace insert. It's a scam. Cancel any credit card you used to purchase it. I filed a claim today. Ordered on January 22, 2021

Absolute Scam. I ordered two months ago, never received my order, then cancelled order and NEVER received my money back. I'm in the process of a credit card dispute and filed a complaint with the BBC.

Paid the product, never came.

It's a SCAM... Do not purchase from this site. So many people have been robbed. Beware of online sales. Do the research before parting away with your well earned money.

I ordered on Jan 1, 2021selenite product...today is March 15, 2021 I still have not received. SCAM

I only gave one star because I had to. I ordered the selenite fireplace insert Dec. 27 and still have not received it. I have a tracking number and the product has never moved. This company is a SCAM. I will call my credit card company to report them. I have wrote to Aizzor and demanded my money back and of course no response. TRUE SCUM!!!!

I wish I had ridden the reviews before to buy the bundle set of notebooks I ordered, now I know this awful website and it's staff is pure fake. This website exists to scam people and I'm so upset I didn't notice it before,

Ordered a giant chessboard from these con artists on 9 January. Received YUNEXPRESS tracking information that it shipped 13 January at 5:46pm. The tracking information has never updated since then, exactly two months later. I have now emailed them twice and received no response. At this point, I believe there is about a 1% chance aizzor is not a scam. Stay away!

I ordered over 1 month, and still not receiving it. I contacted customer support multiple times, they ignored my email. 100% SCAM
