Same as other reviews looks like a scam I bought te selenite fireplace sculpture on Jan 27, they debited my credit said it went to a carrier YUNEXPRESS where it had been stuck since Feb 2, a friend in China called and they said have no record of the tracking number Aizzor gave me. super weird so big sculpture says weighs 0.15Lbs!!!! how come? as of today nothing I ahve sent several emails and only 2 were answer to have patience due to Covid, I CANCELED the order today, let's see if they return my money.

Rip off. Ordered on 12/28/2020. They charged my card that day. Still no product. I have contacted them via email several times. Exact response. It is in shipping. Be patient. Tracking has said the same thing for 3 months. Here it is 3/5/2021 and no product. Aizzor is a rip off, theif, con artist.

Aizzor is a huge scam.
I made an order for the Selenite Fireplace insert on January 4th. It was supposed to be shipped out in 2 weeks. It has now been almost 2 months and I have not received anything. The shipping tracker they send is a joke. I'm very sad that I was scammed by this company. I should have listened to the awful reviews.
