I've had an Ajax alarm system installed…
I've had an Ajax alarm system installed for four years now. The system is excellent, although the perimeter sensors often trigger the alarm due to birds. The app is really user-friendly, and whenever I've contacted customer support, I've always received precise and timely responses.

Class-leading security system
I'm a huge fan of the entire Ajax System. The expense of the system is off-set against its extreme efficiency, ease of installation and very secure app.

Administration Access Lost
I lost my Administration access to two of my Hubs. This was caused by me losing access to the associated email address for the accounts.
On sending a request for help to the Ajax support team, they were very quick to come back with instructions on how to try and resolve the problem. The situation was resolved through a number of messages and actions from the support team who were very quick to reply to my messages throughout.
The information and instructions they provided each time were excellent and the overall service was absolutely first class.
The Ajax support team did a fantastic job of looking after their customer and gave invaluable support.

Really good system with excellent…
Really good system with excellent coverage. Puts other wireless systems to shame… Had one minor issue; not being able to allow other users to reset the system following an activation. Support was rapid and excellent. Turns out this was something that the Installer had to adjust. Just excellent!

excellent system made by excellent people
I have an Ajax Fibra system with cameras and indoor detectors for about two months now, installed by a professional firm. I am very satisfied with it. The products are stylish, of high quality, and also technically and functionally very good. Moreover, you can adjust many things yourself via the app, making it incredibly easy to use. And if you have a question about something, you can consult their extensive website or send them an email directly. Kudos to the staff managing their mailbox, as they seem to be on standby day and night to answer any question; regardless of the time, I received a comprehensive response quite quickly. In short, a fantastic system made by extremely motivated people.

Always have a good experience with their support team, they are always helpful, courteous and they get stuff done quickly! The kit is great, I self installed, it was easy to set up and easy to install, cant complain at all.

Very reliable system, app and hardware
Very reliable system, app and hardware.
Only hiccup with hardware was to learn to clean the fire detector sensors. That took couple of tries. Software wise along the way for some odd reason I lost the ability to rename rooms. I sent ticket to tech support and they responded quickly. Turned out I had lost some of my system admin rights along the way (even though the app said I had full rights). Disabling permissions and enabling them again via another system administrator account resolved the matter. Now I have correct rights.

Outstanding support – extremely satisfied!
I ran into a technical issue with my Ajax security system (a firmware mismatch between the hub and the range extender, which caused several fire detectors to go offline). The IACS support team helped me resolve this exceptionally well.
What impressed me most:
- Very courteous and patient – every question was taken seriously and answered thoroughly
- Detailed, easy-to-follow instructions – step by step, so I could understand and fix the issue myself
- Fast, competent diagnosis – the root cause was identified accurately, without unnecessary detours
By the end, not only was my technical problem solved, but I also felt genuinely well taken care of throughout the whole process. Especially with safety-critical equipment like fire detectors, it's reassuring to have a support team that truly cares.

I'm quite satisfied
In general, I'm quite satisfied with the Ajax alarm system. It’s certainly not the cheapest option out there, but the peace of mind it offers without recurring subscription fees makes it completely worth it. The system is rock solid, and while I rarely need customer support, whenever I do reach out, they are fast, responsive, and extremely helpful. I previously installed a system at my mother-in-law's house, and I'm so pleased with it that I'm buying a new one for my own place now.
