Firstly I feel confident that my funds are secure and that their security is always in their mind in any correspondence and action. I recently contacted them and was impressed by the speed in which they dealt with my request. Their web site is easy to use after a little investigation.

Fantastic, friendly and above all, helpful customer service. My phone call was answered immediately and the advisor, Tom, took the time to answer my query and escalate it to the relevant team.
